“Wife & I went here for Memorial Day sale!!! We did find a vehicle that we liked, but I had a rusted trade in!!! All though they couldn't take it, they tried their hardest to make it work!!! David had only been there a couple weeks, and sales manager was outstanding!!! They appreciated our time & patience, but they did all the work!!! I went to get a pre-inspection on a car! I called Saturday morning, with little expectations of getting seen. However, I was pleased to be seen on such “short-notice.” I will say, Dustin has a phenomenal customer service skills, both over-the-phone and in-person!
Dustin had a calming and almost energetic tone, desiring to help me and other customers that I observed! Nevertheless, the pre-inspection went great! The mechanic (and Dustin) kindly showed me what future work needed to be done and personal insight on the car’s condition! Overall, a pleasant experience!”
