“Just left Mentor TV after a great experiece with everyone there ! Tracey greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, I was carrying an old piece of stereo equipment to possibly be repaired. After looking at my options and talking to Jack, I walked out with a brand new CD player at a very fair price. Phil even assisted me with transporting my old stuff back to the car!! “Thank you and shout out to Darnell J at the Mentor, Ohio location. Darnell was very patient with me on the phone when I called in to talk about purchasing a lift recliner for my mother who has dementia and is in a memory care facility. He answered my questions and concerns. He emailed me specific data about the chair I was interested in while we were on the phone. He even text me a color swatch while we were talking. Definitely outstanding customer service from Darnell. I came in to the store to complete the purchase and schedule delivery and Darnell was ready to go. He had all the paperwork out and ready for processing. I was in the store less than 10 minutes to complete this transaction. I highly recommend this store and specifically Darnell J. “The saleswoman was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I was very glad she gave me space to test out the mattresses without hovering. She answered all of my questions without the typical sales pitches. She looked up both mattresses i had considered purchasing to see if the warehouse/factory where they're built in Cleveland, and both were in stock. I ended up driving there and purchase a king size set size. I didn't have have too as they would have shipped it to the Mentor location within 4 days, I just didn't want to wait. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. My impression of The Original Mattress Factory is that this is a company I'd highly recommend to family and friends and will be a customer for life. “We got our Christmas tree here this year and held up great and the service was good to load it. In addition, every year I do buy my plants here for the garden, and they always do great. The prices may be a little high, but the quality of their product is outstanding, and I love the fact that they grow everything themselves because it minimizes pest issues that a lot of other garden center seem to have!”

“We had the BEST experience. Our sales associate, ( Michael) took the time to really explain there beds and why they are made the way they are and why they are different then a traditional bed. It was an eye opening experience. When we got into one of 4 beds we where WOWED! ( we tried them all) It was so comfortable. Of course, we upgraded to a King now. LOL. Why not, we said. You can’t put a price on GREAT SLEEP and our HEATH! Once you go, you’ll never want to leave without the PERFECT BED for you! I say, what do you have to lose? Stop in and try these beds. You won’t be disappointed.”

I just wish that they’d have people in electronics, considering that you need to ask them to unlock almost everything in that section. I’ve spent numerous trips walking around the store looking for an employee to unlock something for me.”
