“My elderly parents were having trouble with their TV. Even though they didn't buy their TV from Mentor TV, they somehow got the number for there and my dad called asking for help. The lady who answered the phone tried helping them work things out and then when I got on the line, tried to assist me as well. She gave us some advice on things to try. The TV did get sorted out in the end - Dad had switched some cords around by mistake (thank you, helpful lady at Mentor TV! Your advice helped me rule out a lot of things, and I was able to figure out the problem much sooner!)
It was just so nice of her to try to help my parents, even though they weren't even customers. If you do buy a TV from here, I am sure that the staff will be terrific and supportive, so I would highly recommend this place!!”

“I'm a repeat customer because the OMF products are outstanding. I even follow my sales rep Eileen to whatever store she is at! She really helped with my last purchase. I needed a guest bed. Eileen suggested that I get the new bed and use my old one in the guest room. I had been considering an adjustable bed so it was the best of both worlds. I couldn't be happier. I use my adjustment every night. It is especially helpful because I suffer with vertigo and this allows me to sleep propped up. “Had a wonderful staff person help us find everything we needed. They're selection of hanging baskets is massive and vary in prices to fit your budget. Picked up a few water fountains, planter pots and artificial trees that look so realistic. They have the cutest gift ideas and displays to help visualize your yard and garden and patio. Bring the kiddos for their educational toy section where you'll find plush stuffed animals, experiment, and unique toys. They frequently have great deals, so it's good to visit often. Make sure you grab a cart, because there's plenty to find here!”

“Very clean store with nice employees. I enjoy shopping here, especially for books and home decor/organization. I just wish that they’d have people in electronics, considering that you need to ask them to unlock almost everything in that section. I’ve spent numerous trips walking around the store looking for an employee to unlock something for me.”
