“I bought a refrigerator here last week and these folks were great to deal with. My initial experience coming in was similar to buying anywhere else, BUT I had a problem with the unit once it got home. The sales team didn't hesitate to treat me very well when returning and finding a new unit. I thought I was going to have to have a fit to get them to do the right thing, but instead they were apologetic and accommodating. I will never buy anywhere else after that experience. I would advise you to plug in the fridge at the store before you buy it first just in case something was damaged in transport to the store.”
“Local owner-operated and dealing with staffing issues did not prevent excellent customer service. Very rare these days to have someone provide prompt, thorough work while also being extremely personable—recalling details of a phone conversation had days earlier. I appreciate being able to have a quality machine repaired for further use rather than disposing and replacing it (for obvious reasons). Prices were great, too. If issues with a machine purchased arise (which will happen with the wear & tear vacuums take after years of use) I highly recommend seeing Jose to fix the issue. SO worth it. And get a Lamp Berge while you’re there—your house, family, and friends will undoubtedly thank you!”

“Exactly what the name sounds like...a showroom filled with all types of lights. Have lights for all rooms, indoors and out. The salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable. Selection was pretty good...and the have more available in catalogs and online. Will probably end up getting some lights for my home build.”
“Was skeptical about using a rental place in the past , but an emergency brought me in . They were extremely helpful , very polite and professional . , The icing on the cake was after hearing what a danger my appliance was causing Darren came out with my rental within 40 minutes , even though it was a big financial loss of food I have a safe appliance and thanks to the great customer service I can sleep without breathing in toxic fumes. “On Jan 10, 2024, we had a wind storm, so our power went out. When the light came on, I still had no internet, and part of my house didn't come back on. Eventually, I went to check the panel box, and yes, breakers were out. This one red breaker wouldn't reset (off/on), so I YouTubed it. I took a picture of the breaker, drove to Home Depot, and saw this beautiful young lady working in the electrical isle. Now, all the breakers looked alike to me, so I stood there acting like I knew what I was doing (men). So she started walking towards me, and this sweet voice said "are you finding what you're looking for, I'd be glad to help?" Embarrassed, my inner voice said "naw I got it". Then something happened and "please, cause I don't know what the hell I'm looking for". She took my phone, zoomed in on the photo, and went straight to the breaker I needed. She said you need a 20amp Seimens, and this should work. I brought it home, changed it out, and I was back in the game!!! I'd like to thank Arissa for being professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, for just being there. With help like that, I'll definitely be back. Bless Her Heart!”

We walked out with a mount that was a bit larger than the original, but took his advice and purchased electrical tape to manage filling the gap. This guy is awesome and shared a little personal wisdom as we walked around the store solving our issue. Give this man a raise - he deserves it!”
