“Last Friday I was in a complete panic! I had to get a new debit card, due to some fraudulent activity. Right before the holidays! Brooke in the fraud department, told me I wouldn’t get a new card, till Jan 3! I went into the bank because she said “oh you can go get a card & use it” a gift card! Thank GOD I was help by Mr. Jeff !! He reassured me, my card would be here! By this week! I just got my card!! Thank you sooooo MUCH!! Mr. Jeff, you really took my worries AWAY! ?☺️”

“I prefer this branch out of all the Wright-Patt branches in Columbus and surrounding areas. My 3 year old son and I go into the branch once a month for cashier checks. So it’s very much apart of our routine. Every time we come in my son and I greet whoever is sitting at the front desk and my child grabs a sucker. On this particular day an employee, don’t know her name never seen her, she’s a blonde, petite, Caucasian woman addressed my child in a manner I did not like. It’s inappropriate to address a child, especially when their parent is standing right there, address the parent. She said to my son as he grabbed a sucker “are you going to say may I have a sucker” as if candy is not there for everyone to just have. My innocent child looked up at her, handed her one and went about his day. Then as we’re walking away she states again “manners”, insinuating I don’t parent my child to recognize situation appropriateness to ask for things. She would have never asked that of an adult. I didn’t like it and I did speak with the manger, Tamara and she stated she would address it.”

I could only accomplish what I required while inside the branch, however Brandon handled my needs very quickly (including personalizing my second Kemba debit card, which I REALLY appreciated) while simultaneously heroically battling an imaginary gnat. There was a strange man reading Google reviews of this branch with much gusto, yet the branch was relatively quiet, except for the laughter of the other associate who was not named Kayla, who has never worked there anyway. I would happily recommend this branch including the drive-through, which I am lead to understand can easily handle most banking, yet is apparently reviled. I'm fairly comfortable with technology, though.”

Kemba has been able to continue to beat loan rates, interest rates and offers great customer service for decades now, love them!!! Branch staff is a breeze to work with, they keep their appointments when I book online. Love the free coin collector for the kids, easy to open/close accounts and I love you can add notes of every transaction if you want and download it to a spreadsheet. App is easy to use and you can block your own cards when/if you loose them and unblock them when you find them. You can also get cards printed in the branch the same day, no waiting on the mail. They offer minor accounts too to making managing money a lifestyle they can learn early. Automated tellers online when you call make it easy. Shared banking with other credit unions with no fees for ATM use makes it convenient. Love having my account linked to my kids so we can easily transfer money back and forth within seconds. Highly recommend this bank and this location has longer hours which is great for those minute visits. Keep up the great work Kemba!”
