“Shawnee Hills Strader's is my local garden center. I've been coming here for 5 years. Today when I showed up they were training new folks and I announced that I wanted to buy several products to amend my raised garden beds. The employees in the know about raised bed gardening told me that I only really needed 1 of those products and steered me in the right direction. It cost me less money, and they got less of a sale, but the fact that they care is huge. It's why I keep coming back and don't go to the national chains.”
“I ordered the professional topsoil blend to be delivered to my driveway. It was delivered on time and the product is as described. I also have purchased single cubic yard professional topsoil at the Westerville location and never had any issues. They give you a product as advertised. They do not short you on the product either unlike another chain in the central Ohio area.”
“I wandered around looking for a small bush to buy to replace one that died from a parasite.I didn't see and but then a very nice smiling employee in his 50s I'd say offered his help and he took me to the 3 boxwoods on hand. He was so helpful in just generally listening6 to m tale of woe and giving great understanding an advice, it just really made certainly my dayIt was just, IDK , like people working in stores used to be.I was glad to have gone to this local gardening store only 6 or so blocks from home and not to the big DIY ones in the burbs, which I will certainly have occasion to frequent.THIS TIME SO GLAD I JUST POPPED OVER TO STRADERS, AND I GOT A PRETTY GOOD DEAL AT THAT”

“I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU to Blair and Richard! My husband sent me to get some kind of screw I had never heard of before in my life. Blair picked up on the fact that I was lost and was so kind and understanding to my plight. Richard also asked all kinds of excellent questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue as well (although I didn’t have many great answers which was not at all his fault.). Both of them were extremely helpful and even though I wasn’t able to find the screw I needed, I will absolutely be returning to this Home Depot in particular due to the kindness shown to me by these two associates. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was of the lack of judgement and willingness to help me. Thank you Blair and Richard so much!!”
“Employees are very knowledgeable and obviously have years of experience DIYing around the home. We have had some projects we weren't exactly sure how to execute. Went into Home Depot and the employees there pointed us in the right direction. They will open packages of screws to see if the fit is right for the piece we brought in. If you don't have the item, they will encourage you to buy several sizes and just return what doesn't work, even if the package is open. It's great, because you aren't risking buying the wrong ones and getting stuck with them.”

“I'm a regular at this store and have always appreciated how handy it is for my home stuff, especially hardware. It's usually a breeze to shop here, but I had a bit of a hiccup last time.I was there to get some questions answered, and this asian lady, who was helping out, seemed more into talking about measurements than helping me find what I needed. It felt a bit off, especially when she walked away as soon as she realized I wasn't going to measure anything right then.But then, I met Fyzor. This guy is a lifesaver! He might be new, especially when it came to plumbing stuff, but he was super helpful, guiding me through the aisles and finding exactly what I was looking for. It's not often you find someone so willing to go the extra mile in every department.If you're ever in the store, definitely look out for Fyzor. He's friendly, really helpful, and just makes your shopping experience a whole lot better. He’s my go-to now whenever I visit.”

“Their employees are incredibly friendly and willing to help, we have received a lot of professional assistance in store, In addition, on that day, my car had a little problem, and it was getting dark. My daughter and I were looking for someone to help, and a kind gentleman went out of his way to assist us in the parking lot, helping me to successfully start my car. My main point is that their employees are very kind and attentive to the needs of customers. It's a warm and reassuring place.”
“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”

They were careful to make sure the order was accurate and even hustled to grab the last few items for me. Both were very helpful and friendly! I've been a loyal home Depot customer for years but this is the best customer experience I have had. Whoever made the decision to put them in customer service, you need a raise as well.”
“Everything was very well organized. The website was very helpful. We were looking for a specific product that was not at another Home Depot location (closer to us). The website directed us to this particular location and even had the aisle number on the website too. We found it very quickly and check out was super quick (self-check out). The only thing they need to fix is that one side of the building (outside) was covered in trash, the other side by the flowers was well-taken care of. One side of the building could just use some TLC. Overall, not a bad visit though, they had a lot of product and were very organized inside.”
“They've got a big 'ole parking lot! I parked close to the farm next door and enjoyed looking at the horses. So peaceful!Home Depot is pretty much the same layout wherever you go. It's easy to find staff if you need help. I had my phone though, and if you look up the item on their website, you can find the aisle that it's located in for your particular store location.I found air filters and twine pretty quickly!I used the self checkout and was outta there in a jiffy.Not sure when I'll return, but it's almost therapeutic to hang out at a hardware store!”
“I like this location because they have the option to buy new or exchange your propane tanks through the app and pick them up or exchange them through the kiosk right out front. You make the purchase online or through the Home Depot app then scan the QR code on the kiosk screen to continue with getting your tank. It’s so easy. I was having a hard time finding propane tank exchanges locally and also couldn’t figure out where to go to refill them. I found through my searches that these kiosks existed and it was so easy to do.”
“In and out! Had a painless experience at this Home Depot location in Hilliard. Located the items we needed online to confirm stock and pricing, asked an employee about their location (he named the exact aisle), then purchased them. Spacious store, clean store that wasn't too crowded. Conveniently located off the freeway exit. An overall smooth experience.”
