When in doubt about anything, just ask the associates. They will help you figure out any problem you’re having. They even carry your paint to your car for you.”

“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”
“Could not have asked for a closer paint match then what Pat was able to provide for me! And the store manager Lavelle absolutely goes above and beyond with his customer service. I will be passing other Sherwin-Williams to get to this store because of these guys! If material cost is low and profit margins are high they totally need a raise. They have definitely won my business going forward”

“The employees are great...but you can by almost 2 gallons of paint at home depot and they dont put a 4% supply line surcharge on your bill.....imagine being charged 4% extra and having to drive past 3 SW stores to get the product you needed?”

Helped me decide specific products, techniques ... even sanded a hidden spot on the piece I brought in and did a "test run" of the product I bought BEFORE I finalized my decision. AND THEN followed up by phone to remind me about proper handling of oil-based products - rags must be carefully disposed of, cuz they can spontaneously combust. What great service! 5 stars.”

“I am so happy this Sherwin-Williams opened right by my home! We have no paint store besides big box stores. I really like the colors that Sherwin offers . I really do not enjoy painting or picking out colors but that is pretty funny if you think about it?! I should be grateful for a space to decorate! I think the people are really nice there and super helpful . I had no idea which "gray" I wanted and she helped me so much . HIGHLY recommend and highly recommend the colors "sea salt and reflection"”
“Everyone is very helpful. I've found their paints and stains last longer than other brands. Especially their deck stains. I've used Mountain Ash Super Deck on my deck for years. Beautiful long lasting stain. The Super Deck products are the best. Prices are comparable and you can usually find a coupon that makes it even better.”
“I needed to do some touch up and had a very difficult time matching the paint our contractor used. After three attempts and many $$$ later, Ethan helped us find a solution. It wasn't easy and took him quite some time but he SAVED us so much time and additional $. We had screwed things up so much that if we didn't find a correct paint match we would have had to repaint 1500sqft that icludes a two story great room. I appreciate Ethan and his willingness to stick to it until we found a fix. Thank you!”

“Came in needing a paint match for stucco, my sample was too small for their machine. The place was super busy and I could tell the workers had big and complicated orders happening. But Jenna gave me super customer service and made a perfect match happen without the fancy machine, she took the time to get it right and made me feel as important as the 150 gallon orders they were working on. A+++ customer service and result, super cool under pressure.”
