“Excellent customer service! This shop reminds me of how paint and hardware stores felt when I was a kid — friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in your project. The staff offered great suggestions and really took the time to help me find what would work best. I can’t remember the last time someone actually asked what I was painting, and it honestly took me by surprise in the best way.
They color-matched our trim perfectly to our funky wallpaper, and their cabinet paint recommendation left such a smooth, enamel-like finish that now I’m tempted to repaint all the trim in the house. It’s rare to find this kind of personal service anymore. Highly recommend!”

“I made several visits here to purchase various types of paint while prepping our house to sell. Each time, the staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations - I painted the whole house using their product suggestions and am extremely happy with the result. Prices are very fair - cheaper than Lowe's/Home Depot for better quality product. I will never buy paint anywhere else!”

“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”

He always has wonderful customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about their products as well as other paint products that are not strictly sherwin. I had the opportunity to go to a different store that was more convenient and closer, but I decided to go to this store and I’m glad I did! Great service, product and staff!”

Beautiful long lasting stain. The Super Deck products are the best. Prices are comparable and you can usually find a coupon that makes it even better.”

It wasn't easy and took him quite some time but he SAVED us so much time and additional $. We had screwed things up so much that if we didn't find a correct paint match we would have had to repaint 1500sqft that icludes a two story great room.
