“Beautiful, clean spacious post office in Dublin the service was very quick. The staff was super efficient. I love the late open hours. There were so many lockboxes to rent and the parking was plentiful. I will definitely be back. It’s definitely one of my favorite USPS locations.”

Saw a lot of bad reviews for this post office and have had a bad experience myself in the past but at least they have a couple competent people now.”

“Super fast service!! There is usually no line and you get in and out within a few minutes. I almost always take my packages here to be shipped. The only time I will go to the State St. location is if he is closed for lunch.”
“Easy to get to, just off 670 near the airport. Open until 8pm. Super friendly staff for my visit, had a blast while we tried to get my tape to work when securing my package.”

“Had no clue what I was doing when it came to shipping out an Xbox but an employee in there named Curt was super helpful! Helped me figure out which box and shipping method to use and was extremely patient with me while I figured out what I was doing. Thank you again to him!!”

“I suppose the negative reviews stem from the unreliability inherent in the bureaucratic dysfunction of the USPS.
Otherwise, this particular location is the bees knees. In terms of customer service, they knock it out of the park. And unfortunately, I don’t recall the customer service rep’s name (will edit when I find out), but he delivers service you can’t find in places you might expect have quality service. Nobody tips, practically no one is nice to workers in this sector, but he offers a smile and pleasant
conversation when applicable. I’d choose this location over any in Cbus just for the ease of transactions alone.”
“You have to go into Meijier and then to customer service department which will be right most side of the store enterance. Once there you will see the USPS Dropbox (refer to the picture ). If the package is prepaid you can simply drop it off and walk away. If you need stamps not sure how you can get it. I saw some review suggestion that they have stamps too. Which I cannot verify.”

“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“Robin was helpful. There was a short wait where the bell wasn't heard. She was apologetic (unnecessary) and mindful that she may have not heard the bell. I appreciated the quick and knowledgeable service. There was also a clerk the other day who mentioned a transition in roles to where being at the front was new again. I appreciated the insight as it allowed me to be patient within the circumstance. Good USPS location.”
“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”

“Excellent service. Had a passport appointment and was exactly on time. There was an issue with my printed passport app, and I was asked to fill it out again and return to the counter, no problem. During that time about a dozen people were helped and the staff member was friendly and able to keep things moving. They did great.”
“Till today , I have the best experience from USPS COMPARED TO ????. My posts never lost, my couriers always received, out going posts have never been lost . What more we need as a customer?

They asked questions and she had answers that helped everyone. And they all left smiling after Belinda helped them. Great woman, great personality, knows her job, and had me smiling as I left too. “Everyone who works here is always friendly to me. I utilize a P.O. Box here for many of packages so they don't get stolen from my house. Often, when I pick something up that wouldn't fit in my box, the ladies already know me, and I rarely even have to wait in line.”
