“I wanted to take a brief moment to convey what a great experience I have always had with Jonathon from this branch of USPS.

Actually, to elaborate, I drive 19 miles out of my way when I have to go to USPS just so I can go to this branch, specifically in hopes that Jonathon will be working.

This has been the case for nearly 3 years now and I wish I would have wrote a review earlier regarding this mans work ethic, professionalism, knowledge, positivity, communication/ problem solving skills and overall astonishing performance.

Jonathon embodies the kind of staff USPS should be striving to maintain and hire and is by far the BEST employee I have ever been in contact with in the state of Ohio at a USPS branch.

I really hope that USPS understands the value this man brings to USPS, and I hope they recognize this and ensure he is aware of how much of a contribution to their team he really is.

Thanks so much for all that you do for your community Jonathon, you are the GOAT!

PLEASE recognize this employee USPS and show him how much you value him because the community surely does, and we look forward to his service every time we step into USPS.

Thanks Jonathon, keep being GREAT!”

“Thank you for going the extra mile for me today. I have used this office many times, most recently twice for eBay orders. I appreciate the help, and customer service.”

“Excellent job to the employees that work here- today was BUSY right before they closed. I walked in with about 10 people in line in front of me and more and more lining up behind. They were efficient and helpful and kept the line moving. I was in and out in under 20 min and was very impressed. The team working today were very kind to everyone and have excellent communication. Sometimes shipping something can be a bit overwhelming, but this staff was knowledgeable and able to help everyone with their specific needs.

This is the reason why this location is one of the best and really only one of the few that I trust. Honestly, all USPS locations should functioned like this one. Grateful for this location for always being reliable!”

“took a few tries to get someone on the line but dan (i think was his name) helped me out very quickly and answered everything I asked once he got the chance. Saw a lot of bad reviews for this post office and have had a bad experience myself in the past but at least they have a couple competent people now.”

“Super fast service!! There is usually no line and you get in and out within a few minutes. I almost always take my packages here to be shipped. The only time I will go to the State St. location is if he is closed for lunch.”

“Had no clue what I was doing when it came to shipping out an Xbox but an employee in there named Curt was super helpful! Helped me figure out which box and shipping method to use and was extremely patient with me while I figured out what I was doing. Thank you again to him!!”

“first time mailing and overseas package and Eric was very helpful and detailed in explaining the customs form. long line/wait time due to it being a weekend before the holidays and there being only one postal worker in the entire building so factor that into your plans if you're planning to go.”

“I suppose the negative reviews stem from the unreliability inherent in the bureaucratic dysfunction of the USPS.

Otherwise, this particular location is the bees knees. In terms of customer service, they knock it out of the park. And unfortunately, I don’t recall the customer service rep’s name (will edit when I find out), but he delivers service you can’t find in places you might expect have quality service. Nobody tips, practically no one is nice to workers in this sector, but he offers a smile and pleasant
conversation when applicable. I’d choose this location over any in Cbus just for the ease of transactions alone.”

“I am in here several times a week to send out shipments for a small online business I run. Staff have always been friendly and the service is quick. Lots of shipping materials on hand as well which is very convenient. Excellent location as well.”

“I went in around 3 pm in the tax season expecting a huge line, or a closed office altogether (after other reviews). It was actually empty. I had to wait a bit for a USPS employee, but I don't think it was more than about 5 minutes, I just had nearly enough time to fill out two addresses on certified mail slips. Quite satisfactory overall”

“You have to go into Meijier and then to customer service department which will be right most side of the store enterance. Once there you will see the USPS Dropbox (refer to the picture ). If the package is prepaid you can simply drop it off and walk away. If you need stamps not sure how you can get it. I saw some review suggestion that they have stamps too. Which I cannot verify.”

“Robin was helpful. There was a short wait where the bell wasn't heard. She was apologetic (unnecessary) and mindful that she may have not heard the bell. I appreciated the quick and knowledgeable service. There was also a clerk the other day who mentioned a transition in roles to where being at the front was new again. I appreciated the insight as it allowed me to be patient within the circumstance. Good USPS location.”

“They are not a full post office but they do a good job at it. If you're looking for the main post office it's the third one on the list it's on McCorkle.”

“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“Idk why everyone seems to have a negative attitude about this location. I just had a very pleasant experience with a kind, contentious, and fast working young man here. Maybe it's a YOU problem... js. Keep up the great work!”

“Very efficient even when it was approaching closing time! The employees are kind and fun to talk with and the place is very clean - many of the other reviews on here appear to be because they're going at busy times - thanks USPS for your service ?”

“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”

“Everyone who works here is always friendly to me. I utilize a P.O. Box here for many of packages so they don't get stolen from my house. Often, when I pick something up that wouldn't fit in my box, the ladies already know me, and I rarely even have to wait in line.”
