“This location closes at 2pm Saturdays, not 3pm!!! Google keeps removing my edit for Saturday hours. I pick up all closeout mail at this post office on Saturday so I can confirm. New hours took effect after covid.”

“took a few tries to get someone on the line but dan (i think was his name) helped me out very quickly and answered everything I asked once he got the chance. Saw a lot of bad reviews for this post office and have had a bad experience myself in the past but at least they have a couple competent people now.”

“Postal clerk Hester is always very friendly when I need to buy stamps and Matt was extremely patient during the passport application process. Thank you for your kindness!”

“I have no major complaints, staff are friendly and they are open till 2 on Saturdays which is fantastic. Only wish the parking lot was not so small. During the holidays it can be a bit of a cluster getting in and out of it. Otherwise just make sure you are aware of the traffic light in down town powell and how you cannot turn left at it when navigating to and from this place. Also during the holidays they put bins out to collect packages for drop-off so you dont have to wait in line”

“Jonathan is THE MAN! Every time my wife and/or I have been in this USPS location, Jonathan has gone above and beyond… Passports, sending parcels, locating lost packages, any and everything Jonathan has helped us with great detail and invites us back to follow up! The USPS need to keep Jonathan, promote Jonathan, let Jonathan train new hires and give him a raise! Thank you!”

“Very fast and friendly service at 8am, thank you very much! I walked in at 8:01am, got out at 8:08am. There was a line, but that is to be expected on a weekday. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and understood what I wanted. There are all sorts of envelopes, stamps, package boxes, and labels inside. The store is a bit small so I would have packages or mail ready for the counter ahead of time if possible, that is what makes the line go faster!”

“They are not a full post office but they do a good job at it. If you're looking for the main post office it's the third one on the list it's on McCorkle.”

“Whenever I need to send a package, literally ever, I come to the post office on Broad. The people are pleasant and also quick get you done so people don't have to wait, and that is the main draw for me.”

“You have to go into Meijier and then to customer service department which will be right most side of the store enterance. Once there you will see the USPS Dropbox (refer to the picture ). If the package is prepaid you can simply drop it off and walk away. If you need stamps not sure how you can get it. I saw some review suggestion that they have stamps too. Which I cannot verify.”

“Easy to get to, just off 670 near the airport. Open until 8pm. Super friendly staff for my visit, had a blast while we tried to get my tape to work when securing my package.”

“I don’t typically go to USPS to mail anything; so I was unsure what to do and had a couple of questions. Upon initially walking in I was bitterly serviced by an old white woman that was really unwelcoming and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, or answering my questions- she was immediately rude and sent me to the back of the long line in an attempt to make me feel stupid. Thank God I had a different (much nicer) woman helping me when I finally got back up to the counter. Regina was SO kind, so helpful, and so pleasant. Turned my experience at this location completely around! She answered all my questions with grace! Now I know what to do next time I come in. She should teach the other employee some customer service skills:)”

“Steve, the janitor was super helpful. He went above and beyond and help me load a bunch of packages into my car. He didn’t have to do that but I really appreciate it.”

“This location was a breeze when I went in for my passport appointment. The staff were really nice, efficient and professional. No wait time and they were quick!!”

“Quiet location with warm and friendly staff. Difficult to reach by car without having an on-campus permit or parking in a paid lot, but otherwise, I would visit this location more often.”

“Robin was helpful. There was a short wait where the bell wasn't heard. She was apologetic (unnecessary) and mindful that she may have not heard the bell. I appreciated the quick and knowledgeable service. There was also a clerk the other day who mentioned a transition in roles to where being at the front was new again. I appreciated the insight as it allowed me to be patient within the circumstance. Good USPS location.”

“Over 6 months ago I had a precious lost package and a gentleman helped me find it. I cannot remember his name but he was thorough and seemed to care! I also recently applied for my passport and Brandy, I believe is her name, was ammmaazzzing. She helped me so much! I was unprepared and she lead me into the right direction! I also applied for expedited processing/shipping. I applied about 3 weeks ago and received it in hand today! Pretty amazed!”

“I gave 5 stars because the guy who works here was so nice. He explained to me that this is not an actual post office it's a "financial office". You can only ship packages and buy stamps here. Anything that has to do with actual mail delivery or mail carrier issues you have to go to the Twin Rivers office (on the side of the building where hold mail is picked up). BTW, if you're sending out an overnight package the cut off time is 4:55 p.m. the same time as Twin Rivers post office. Even though Twin Rivers is open until 6:00 p.m.(not 7pm as advertised) the overnight cut off time is 4:55.Also, I just read a lot of the reviews on this post office regarding mail not being delivered. I am in the same situation. Informed delivery says I have mail every day but I rarely receive it. Sometimes it gets returned to Sender with the reason 'address unknown '. If my address was unknown then why do I sometimes I get mail?UGH..... But this situation falls upon the Twin Rivers post office not with this place, because it is not a real post office, it's basically just a retail store.”

“Great service , clean officeI asked for an envelope and got it for 0.80$ ; filled my address and then gave it back to ship the mail/letter to required locationI understood there were missing package enquirers by multiple customers in front of me ; Hope USPS improve that overall!Associate very gentle and explaining to customer that USPS is short staffed and couldn’t control the shortcoming for those at her side..”

“I've been to this location a few times and each time there was only one person working. However, I would still consider them to be efficient since others as well as myself don't have to wait in line too long. At least this has been my experience each time, it may be different for others.”

“Wonderful customer service!!! The woman working there went out of her way to track down my package and retrieve it from the carrier so i could get my mail on time!!!!”

“I don't usually leave reviews, but this location is absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful. They're efficient and kind. Sure they're understaffed and in a busy location, but so is everywhere else. Overall, I'd say my experience was very positive”

“I've been going to Town and Country Post office for quite some time now. Lovely service with extremely hard workers. Kim, Roxanne, Wendu and Amber have gone above and beyond to execute the kinds of service that keeps me doing business with the post office...Love it”

“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”

“It's a 24 hour drop off for letters and such. It's the closest mail drop off I know in the area. Never had a problem with anything but haven't been inside”
