“You can tell this branch is locally run because the two clerks are always there and very helpful. The location is very small, so there is no self-service option or after hours package drop off, but during business hours it's the best USPS location in the city.”
“We went in to renew my wife's passport. They took a great picture right there and did all the needes paperwork and mailing labels for us. We got the new passport back in just about 1 week. Great customer service.”

“first time mailing and overseas package and Eric was very helpful and detailed in explaining the customs form. long line/wait time due to it being a weekend before the holidays and there being only one postal worker in the entire building so factor that into your plans if you're planning to go.”
“Had to go here on tax day (LONG STORY) but it was the last place I wanted to be. TOTALLY surprised at the short line and the one person working was VERY EFFICIENT. Not so much friendly, but I'll take highly efficient and effective any day. Highly recommend you go here - especially if in a pinch. I'm guessing the Gahanna PO (my other option) WAS, IN FACT, likely a disaster today.”
“I think those leaving 1 star reviews complaining of staff disrespectful or unhelpfulness are bringing it on themselves. If you treat the employees kindly and with respect even when they don’t have the answer you’re looking for it’s doubtful they will disrespect you in return. The location and post office are struggling with staffing, technology, processes, etc. Try asking the employee how their day is going and being a friendly happy human to those at work - you’ll walk away feeling better even if you didn’t get your mail!”

“I suppose the negative reviews stem from the unreliability inherent in the bureaucratic dysfunction of the USPS.
Otherwise, this particular location is the bees knees. In terms of customer service, they knock it out of the park. And unfortunately, I don’t recall the customer service rep’s name (will edit when I find out), but he delivers service you can’t find in places you might expect have quality service. Nobody tips, practically no one is nice to workers in this sector, but he offers a smile and pleasant
conversation when applicable. I’d choose this location over any in Cbus just for the ease of transactions alone.”
“I had an excellent experience with this post office. It's actually my 1st time going here.Zac was very quick and courteous in helping me. He even offered me some shipping supplies as well. I've been going into post office since I was 8 years old and this was actually the best customer service I've ever received. I think every post office needs a Zac.”
“The McCorkle Blvd US Post Office stays open later than the other Westerville Post Offices if you need it post marked. They have an automated postage lobby for after hours.”
“They are not a full post office but they do a good job at it. If you're looking for the main post office it's the third one on the list it's on McCorkle.”
“I went in around 3 pm in the tax season expecting a huge line, or a closed office altogether (after other reviews). It was actually empty. I had to wait a bit for a USPS employee, but I don't think it was more than about 5 minutes, I just had nearly enough time to fill out two addresses on certified mail slips. Quite satisfactory overall”

“Robin was helpful. There was a short wait where the bell wasn't heard. She was apologetic (unnecessary) and mindful that she may have not heard the bell. I appreciated the quick and knowledgeable service. There was also a clerk the other day who mentioned a transition in roles to where being at the front was new again. I appreciated the insight as it allowed me to be patient within the circumstance. Good USPS location.”
“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”
“Everyone who works here is always friendly to me. I utilize a P.O. Box here for many of packages so they don't get stolen from my house. Often, when I pick something up that wouldn't fit in my box, the ladies already know me, and I rarely even have to wait in line.”
