“Lots of upscale items to be had in all sizes from petite to plus. The sales folks were friendly and their stock was varied from casual to more formal attire, campy to classic. They are priced well and have sale sections and special markdown days.It is easy to see why this has been in uptown for a while - the stock turns over regularly and they always have a great selection.”
“I saw an item online that I wanted for years. I immediately paid for it which was super easy. My partner was dropping off items to sell and he brought the Vintage Butter Churner home for me. I literally teared up, it was even better than I had expected! With the ever changing inventory OMT is a treasure trove of eclectic finds. Also reselling could not be any easier. Prices are very fair for both buyers and sellers. The staff is always friendly. Besides having great finds you are helping the environment when shopping. If you haven’t been I am sure if you give it a try you will certainly become a regular.”

“Organized store with lot of nice finds. It was interesting that my friend and I weren’t greeted or talked to at all during our visit, even though I made eye contact with a staff member upon entering and leaving the store. I tried an item of clothing on by myself. No help was offered, but from what I recall, other customers were talked to, and asked if they needed help. I’m sure this doesn’t happen often. This was earlier this month on a Friday afternoon.”
“Lots of changes happening, the new layout makes it easier to navigate. New clothing and household items are stocked daily. Lately there has been a lot of art and furniture as well. The library is still in need of more books. This is also a surplus store with daily or weekly deals. Today's deal was 25% off "old tags" due to a new POS system being installed. I expect that means the next few Saturdays will have some exceptional deals ??✅”

“Upon entering the store, I asked if there were any available carts. The cashier looked, saw none, emptied the cart she was using for work and gave it to me. She then called for someone to the front to find the carts. How delightful she was as she was making hers available, then calling someone to the front to find more.”
“Such a great store. There was a lot of stuff but it didn't feel crowded at all. Normally when I troll goodwill stores I don't find anything, however today, I walked out with 2 paintings for under $15. I couldn't be happier and I will be back.”

“This used to be a reliable go to for deals. It’s still good, but it’s harder to get deals when you’re up against the group of people who sit there for hours. They crowd around the new carts as soon as they’re brought out and start grabbing items. You can tell the employees don’t like it and apparently Goodwill leadership doesn’t think it’s worth the trouble to support them.As for shopping, the prices at this Morse Rd store aren’t as crazy as some others, looking at you Gahanna. They sometimes have exercise equipment in decent shape. I’ve gotten some good frames for way cheap. They also get close outs with can be clothing or new sheet sets for example. The IKEA items are always fun to figure out what the hell they’re supposed to be. The fitting rooms are usually locked and good luck getting a key. The parking is in front or in back of the store; but that entranceway is narrow. Carts are few however. The large windows in front of the store make it hard to see the clothes due to the glare; maybe get some blinds? If you’re in the area, it’s usually worth a browse.”
“Love this store! And proceeds go to otterbien scholarships! There’s a good mix of everything. They don’t sell a whole bunch of furniture since there’s not much room, they sell pretty much everything else though! Everything is a great price and if you go before the close for the summer, you can find even BETTER deals!”

“This is probably the smallest good will I've ever been in. It appeared to be well kept and well organized and the prices seemed fair, at least on the stuff that I looked at. It is definitely more clothing than anything. This is not the store to go to if you're wanting glassware or books or and sort of home items. But it was small and calm and clean and I can appreciate.”
“Purchased a couch today for my daughter's first place. The staff was super nice and we love the couch. They were so helpful, moving the piece to the back while we went back home to get our truck and helping load it in the back.”

“I love this store on West Broad! I have found what I needed 99% of the time, from unique things to clothing and home items.The new manager is really friendly and a people person. I met her while she was working the register (I love managers that are out helping the staff and clients instead of hiding in the back or at some office).Willie that works helping people with big/heavy items has the biggest heart I've seen in a retail store. No matter how busy he is (during the 50% off sale that man is running and sweating like crazy) he always has a big smile on his face and makes sure he helps everybody before taking a single break.He treats people with care giving each customer the special attention they deserve.Willie takes such pride on his work that once I was getting a small table by myself and when he saw me, since he was free, he came running to help me and told me to let him do his job lol. He took the table all the way to the register with his high spirits and kindness.And knowing that shopping here also helps people in need is definitely the icing on the cake. The perfect place for retail therapy because even if I'm buying something I might not even "need" the price is good and I'm helping a charity.I have shopped and donated items here for over 20 years and my husband says that I rarely just drop stuff off, it's more like an exchange lolI know prices have gone up since I started going there but hey, that's called inflation... same thing happened at the supermarket, gas station, etc...Thank you guys for being there and for the work that you do!”
“Clean store with a great selection. The sweetest lady checked us out. We bought thirteen items for $150. They have markdown stamps for 20-40% off so watch for the deals. They are bag-free so take your own bags. Or just walk out with a stack like we did because our bag wasn’t big enough!”
“Yes it's Overstock, but it had plenty for a teenage male and a big and tall husband. All less than at the store. Well sorted merchandise at what I thought were good prices for merch in perfect condition. I might have shopped for me too. Mostly tops, had a hard time finding bottoms or jeans to fit. Eventually my teen ran out of steam and my cart was full so we had to go.”

“Review edit as of 9/19:I spoke with the district manager and had a wonderful conversation. He apologized, understood, and did everything he could to make it right. Excellent customer service.I went into the store to get my items today that had been processed and spoke with the store manager, Tori. She also apologized and said if I ever had trouble again to please have someone get her and bring it to her attention.Owning up to issues and handling them is what a customer is looking for. Thank you both for remedying the situation.I’ve been coming here for years, and just in the past year it’s gone downhill terribly.I called ahead and asked if they were taking items, loaded everything up and drove over, just for them to tell me they’re not taking anything and too full. Frustrating to say the least.Then I finally found a time they would take my items. Sold a decent amount of things, but realized a part of a costume was in my “passing” items. I asked where the rest of the costume was since it wasn’t in either of my bins (buying or passing). The girl in charge said my bag was likely overflowing and it’s not their problem. I have been selling here for 5 years, I know not to make them too full. So my costume is likely floating around in someone else’s bag and I didn’t get paid for it, or receive it back. She was rude, didn’t offer a solution, or even attempt to fix it. If you want to sell clothes here, just drive a little further and go to the Sawmill location. Their customer experience is much better.”

The Only Problem is If You Are 10 cent Or A quarter short They Will Not Give You A Break However, I'm Always rounding off My Total to Support And I Can't get Not One Break when it's no price or 10 cent short. Some states will Charge a different price for the same thing..”
“A nice sized thrift store with a wide selection of merchandise. Something for everyone! Large variety of clothes and homewares to choose from. Furniture and toys are plentiful. Also brand new pet items. New inventory daily with their drive-thru donations area on the side of the building. Helpful and friendly staff! Sales going on daily! Highly recommend this Goodwill in Hilliard!”

“I've had a mixed experience at this thrift store, but overall, I would still recommend it to others, especially if you're in the Columbus area. There have been times when I've walked in and struck gold, finding unique treasures at unbeatable prices. However, there have also been visits where I left empty-handed, unable to find anything that caught my eye. Despite the occasional disappointment, I appreciate the ever-changing inventory and the thrill of the hunt that comes with each visit. Plus, knowing that my purchases support a local business and contribute to sustainability makes the experience even more rewarding.
