“This is the second time I’ve had a vehicle in for service at Germain Ford. Talk about convenient, they came to my house and picked up my vehicle, and the next day, dropped it off again. I was able to pay for the servicing online. Software update and 10,000 miles service were completed as asked. Drivers were professional and Kelly kept me informed of every step. What more could I ask for? I’ve been impressed with all my interactions with Germain Ford and will continue to use them. I still consider them the best Ford dealer in the Greater Dayton area.”

“Excellent service. Car wouldn’t start, got it towed after Oreilly’s put jumper cables on wrong and caused a big spark. Was told that screw up probably blew my fuse since it was definitely shot and the only other thing wrong was a flat battery. Rick and the rest got that fuse from Honda and a new battery and got me good to go in a day. Even held open a little longer today so I could get my car and not be without transportation all holiday weekend. They rock.”

I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. Nick did repair my passenger side mirror with the part I had brought in, saving me lots! I am an old lady who needs to feel that going to a mechanic is going to be a good experience. “Had a "fast" slow leak in my truck tire. Put on the spare in my driveway (took 2 hours) and my neighbor recommended this place for a tire patch repair. Called, and they said could do it while I waited. Hunter took my tire out of the bed of my truck and had the patch on in no time. Then, without my asking, he removed the spare (which I had put on), remounted the fixed tire, and put the spare back to its storage area (which is under the bed of a pickup). These tires are HEAVY!. I was prepared to do this myself back at home, but Hunter saved me much time and aching shoulder joints!! I'll be back when it's time for my truck tire replacement. Impeccable, conscientious service! Again, my hat's off to Hunter!”
