“I commute over two hours every day, so when one of my 20-inch Falken Wildpeaks started leaking air, I was incredibly stressed. I initially took my truck to Discount Tire, and they completely refused to touch it, claiming the hole couldn't be patched. They basically told me I'd have to shell out big money for a brand new replacement.
Thankfully, I brought it over to Neace Tire on Valley Street for a second opinion. The crew there was fantastic. Instead of trying to upsell me on an expensive new tire, they actually took the time to look at the problem. They were able to get the tire fully patched up for just $30. It’s holding pressure perfectly now.
They provide extremely affordable and quality service without the corporate runaround. If you need an honest tire shop that actually wants to help you out instead of just making a quick buck, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. “Dropped my car off to have a plastic trim piece fixed, the tabs weren’t seated right. Called ahead and stopped by for a quote first. Dave was great to work with the whole time. “I've been here twice now and have been very impressed by their service both times.
The first time was for a tire patch on a Saturday. Almost every other place was closed, but Detroit was open. The staff got the tires switched out within an hour and even put the spare tire back where it belonged.
The second time was for new trailer tires. The staff were still very friendly and helpful like they were the last time. My trailer jack wasn't tall enough to push my trailer off of my hitch. Before I could say anything, and employee brought over a big piece of wood that I could use to place my jack on. He also brought over a set of wheel chocks to keep the trailer steady.
Both times they charged a very reasonable price and delivered a quality product.”

“I was looking for a New GMC EV extended range Denali. For over a year, several GMC dealerships just gave me the run around. But, working with Tim my salesman made the process so smooth and stress free. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. He even help with my return one way rental car by taking my driver their and picking us up from that location. And the financial Lady Kramer she was above and beyond my expectations. She didn't just take my money, she made me feel good give it to her. A great experience all around. I wouldn't recommend any other GMC dealership then Jeff Schmitt Group in Fairborn Ohio.
