“I commute over two hours every day, so when one of my 20-inch Falken Wildpeaks started leaking air, I was incredibly stressed. I initially took my truck to Discount Tire, and they completely refused to touch it, claiming the hole couldn't be patched. They basically told me I'd have to shell out big money for a brand new replacement.
Thankfully, I brought it over to Neace Tire on Valley Street for a second opinion. The crew there was fantastic. Instead of trying to upsell me on an expensive new tire, they actually took the time to look at the problem. They were able to get the tire fully patched up for just $30. It’s holding pressure perfectly now.
They provide extremely affordable and quality service without the corporate runaround. If you need an honest tire shop that actually wants to help you out instead of just making a quick buck, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent service. Car wouldn’t start, got it towed after Oreilly’s put jumper cables on wrong and caused a big spark. Was told that screw up probably blew my fuse since it was definitely shot and the only other thing wrong was a flat battery. Rick and the rest got that fuse from Honda and a new battery and got me good to go in a day. Even held open a little longer today so I could get my car and not be without transportation all holiday weekend. They rock.”

“Every time I go to the Fairborn location they are always so nice and explain anything to me if something other than the regular oil change needs done. They always ask if you want an air filter, but do not come across as pushy or trying to sell you things. I feel like they genuinely care.”
“So these guys went above and beyond what any Auto Shop would be expected to do. I had a warrenty claim that the manfacturer tried to their best not to honor. They tried stalling, denying and just never answering their phones. Jeffs stayed on them and wouldnt give up even though i was ready too. They saved me thousands by sticking it out. I have been a long time customer of Jeffs and i wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. They are the best in the business.”
“Had a "fast" slow leak in my truck tire. Put on the spare in my driveway (took 2 hours) and my neighbor recommended this place for a tire patch repair. Called, and they said could do it while I waited. Hunter took my tire out of the bed of my truck and had the patch on in no time. Then, without my asking, he removed the spare (which I had put on), remounted the fixed tire, and put the spare back to its storage area (which is under the bed of a pickup). These tires are HEAVY!. I was prepared to do this myself back at home, but Hunter saved me much time and aching shoulder joints!! I'll be back when it's time for my truck tire replacement. Impeccable, conscientious service! Again, my hat's off to Hunter!”

“Dropped my car off to have a plastic trim piece fixed, the tabs weren’t seated right. Called ahead and stopped by for a quote first. Dave was great to work with the whole time. He quoted me nothing to fix it and when it was done he still wouldn’t take any payment. Will definitely be going back to him for any future work. Highly recommend.”
“I've been here twice now and have been very impressed by their service both times.
The first time was for a tire patch on a Saturday. Almost every other place was closed, but Detroit was open. The staff got the tires switched out within an hour and even put the spare tire back where it belonged.
The second time was for new trailer tires. The staff were still very friendly and helpful like they were the last time. My trailer jack wasn't tall enough to push my trailer off of my hitch. Before I could say anything, and employee brought over a big piece of wood that I could use to place my jack on. He also brought over a set of wheel chocks to keep the trailer steady.
Both times they charged a very reasonable price and delivered a quality product.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. Nate was very transparent and helpful throughout this whole experience. I went to the Honda dealership for an oil change and asked them to check my car because it was leaking. They told me it would be a $1600 fix for a new timing belt (which I just got repaired) and to fix an oil leak. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I took it to Nate.
He was very transparent with pricing and very thorough in explaining what was going on. I didn’t feel talked down to, he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It was a great experience overall. Thanks Nate!”

“Best auto hobby shop I've seen in my ~18 year career.
Spent a week in here doing an engine swap on our truck. It got us in out of the cold, and they have all the essential (expensive) tools to make the job fast and smooth (as can be for a tough job). The staff can seem intimidating for a newbie, but they're super helpful when you need advice or get in over your head. Overall we had time, and not much money, so paying $350 for the use of the shop for a week to get a new(er) engine, was way better than $1500+ parts to have a pro do the job. A lot of fun along the way too.”
