“This review is specifically for the outstanding service I received from Rosa.
I visited this location three separate times (six trips total, including driving to and from home) to have my AGM battery warrantied. During my first two visits, I was told the battery had to be charged and that it could only be replaced if the charger produced an error. Both times I was told there were no errors, so nothing could be done.
On my first visit, I was told the problem was probably my alternator. On my second visit, the employee even had to wait a few minutes before handing the battery back to me because it was too hot to touch. Despite being charged, the battery still would not start my truck, although it would start immediately with a jump.
When I came back a third time, I was expecting another difficult conversation. Instead, Rosa was calm, professional, and friendly from the moment I walked in. She tested the battery, quickly recognized there was a problem and processed the warranty replacement without any hassle. She also explained how the remaining warranty worked and reminded me to keep my receipt since I still had about eight months left.
Rosa's professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude completely changed what had been a frustrating experience. She smiled throughout the entire interaction and provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time.
