“After the help and generosity I received at this post office earlier today, I feel obligated to leave a review. The man behind the counter was so kind and patient with me. We spent nearly 10 minutes cleaning up a mess I mistakingly made with a sharpie. I felt like a complete idiot but he kept reassuring it was not a big deal, which it was.
It's a tiny post office with a comfortable small town feel staffed by people that the world needs more of.”
“The staff were kind, professional, and informative even during a busy holiday line. I was mailing perfume so Lakethia explained how the process worked for ground/hazmat materials. She was so helpful. I love the post office!!”

“Went in to get passports for 2 of our kids. Walked in at 1030am and they only do walk ins from 11am to 12pm (Tuesday to Thursday-no walk ins on Mondays and Fridays)....so if you don't have an appointment make sure you get there EARLY. There were 3 people in front of us and luckily we made it in time before their cut-off because they will stop taking walk ins at 12! Mario was super friendly and works fast. Will definitely recommend this place to others as the other locations in OKC are always super packed. Thank you Mario for your help!”

“Had a great experience overall. Came in to renew my passport and Ms. Gail was extremely helpful. There was atleast 3 or 4 customers in there and she was extremely efficient and effective in helping all of us in a timely manner. I have never been in a line that has moved so quickly and accurately in USPS. Ms. Gail was also very knowledgeable about all products. Great experience over all 10/10.”
“A lot of people make fun of the post office, and tell jokes about it, but really, it is the best Postal Service in the entire world. Where else can you get a letter or card, from coast to coast for about $0.50? And yes, they have slowed down over the years, but just remember that since I have been on this Earth the population has doubled and the amount of mail going out has probably quadrupled. I think they do a pretty darn good job.”

“Love this post office. Been here like a hundred times without a negative experience. There’s one clerk that is particularly pleasant to work with which is rare at the post office. If I didn’t live nearby I’d go out of my way to come here over other locations. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes.”
“I will drive from Bethany (with the Bethany post office 3mi from me - horrible service there) just to go to Warr Acres Post Office because the postal workers at Warr Acres are kind, helpful, always greet you with a smile. They are quick to answer your questions and make you feel as if you're the only person in the checkout line . They are attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I will drive out of my way to go to this post office because the service is top notch!”

“seriously the best place you could receive packages from. in the past couple of months, i’ve had multiple instances where my package were either delivered to the right address, or sent directly to me for literally great reasons. when all of my packages got sent to the correct address, it was taken care of & just placed carefully onto my porch. this place is seriously the best and i love when i see that they’re the ones that will be delivering to me because i know something will be right with my order (when i receive it.) they have workers that actually know how to do their job. this place rocks!”

“I brought a parcel here that I needed to mail to a government agency urgently. When I came into this post office my mind was all over the place. I had spent most of my day trying to understand and assemble all of the information required for the parcel I was sending. When I came into this post office, the woman who helped me mail my parcel explained my mailing options and told me about additional requirements for the parcel I wasn't aware of. She was so helpful, it made my day and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you!”

“The employees here are absolutely amazing. They are kind and patient even when people are yelling at them for things that arent their fault. If you want your packages tracked, scan them in instead of using the drop box. If your mail is late, its likely the people before it got to Yukon. If customers would do their research on shipping there would be far less 1 stars here. ?”

“I’m not really sure what all these other reviews are complaining about, but we have been using this post office for the last four months. We have had two packages that keep doing a run around within the post office system. When I go into the lobby area to speak with someone, David has been the most supportive and helpful. It literally is not this post office‘s fault because they do not get our packages. So, for days, David worked on helping figure out exactly how to handle the situation. Even when I would go in every day to try to figure out if the package had arrived, David will go to the back to double check and intentionally watched to wait for the package to arrive. He has not once been rude or disrespectful. Just incredibly helpful. He didn’t even act annoyed when I would go in constantly. While losing a package is incredibly annoying, I was never frustrated with my post office. I 100% recommend using this post office and if you ever need help, David is your guy. Like seriously, someone give that man a raise.”

“I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this post office and maybe they do actually have the service they do but when I come here (and I come quite often to send out packages for my family way our of state, or if someone buys something online from me) anyways, the service here is always great. The staff is super sweet, they are very apologetic if we have to wait a few minutes in line, they are professional and quick. They send me on my way with the reassurance my package will be on its way to its destination (and it does get there on time EVERYTIME!) the staff is amazing. I appreciate every single one of you!”

“The lady with the red curly hair deserves a reward! I was one of the many customers behind the lady that comes to the post office with an unprepared package expecting freebies. She could have written her debit in her ledger on her own time using the receipt as a reminder. But no, these people are all about themselves and could care less about the dozens of people they inconvenience every single day. Sorry you have to deal with people like this all the time with zero recourse.”
