“I want to shout out the Station Manager Ryan W. We built a new home and had to establish a new address. I was highly frustrated with how difficult this situation became. One visit to the downtown USPS with Ryan resolved all of my issues. Further, he took the time to call me after fixing the issue to update me that it had been taken care of. Our world needs more people like Ryan. Customer service is not dead. Thank you!”

“First tine here! Loved that the single station/person was able to handle 2 customers at once. You had to be there, but Interacted with all of us without anyone stressing. Even had 2 toddlers that he managed keep in check while their dad tried to get business done!
I think this station will be my PO if I need to ship something! Maybe a little out of my way, but service here is exceptional!”
“I normally go to another location because my organization has a PO Box there, but this location is closest to my home. There was an elderly person who was not sure what he needed to do to get a po box, they were so gentle with him and guided him through the process without interrupting the flow of service. They had him go to a empty window and called another employee to come and assist him in filling out the proper form. I am 75 and I have problems understanding some information on forms. The employees there are very efficient and helpful.”

“Had a great experience overall. Came in to renew my passport and Ms. Gail was extremely helpful. There was atleast 3 or 4 customers in there and she was extremely efficient and effective in helping all of us in a timely manner. I have never been in a line that has moved so quickly and accurately in USPS. Ms. Gail was also very knowledgeable about all products. Great experience over all 10/10.”

It seems that the people who have complaints are walk in customers. We made an appointment and things went flawlessly.
If you can make an appointment, I would suggest doing so.”

“I mean, it's a post office with everything that goes along with that, but you're unlikely to find a line here, which gives this post office an advantage over many others in the OKC Metro.”
“A lot of people make fun of the post office, and tell jokes about it, but really, it is the best Postal Service in the entire world. Where else can you get a letter or card, from coast to coast for about $0.50? And yes, they have slowed down over the years, but just remember that since I have been on this Earth the population has doubled and the amount of mail going out has probably quadrupled. I think they do a pretty darn good job.”

“Considering this is a place that deals with difficult customers, which normally aggravate the employees to the point where they start firing back. The staff here handles the mountain of flak that everyone gives them well and they do their best to maintain poise.”
“I can honestly say I had a really good experience with the USPS although my address was incorrect The lady on the hotline told me that it would be sent back no matter what- basically I just have to deal with the fact that I’m not getting my package anytime soon. So I came in to this location and one of the gentleman in the front was more than hospitable he assured me that I would get my package. He pulled it for me and left it upfront and told me I can come & get it tomorrow. And he kept his word!! His name is Peter. Great guy.
I’m forever grateful for him!
Now there’s a lady in there named Bridget she snappy , impatient, borderline unhelpful, and just over all unpleasant.
And I debated if I should even put this in the review because she’s probably been like that her whole life and one review isn’t gonna change the way she treats people. But I decided to proceed because she just doesn’t even try to act like she cares explaining things quickly huffing and puffing whenever I ask follow up questions just clearly annoyed. I’m willing to bet I’m not the only one who’s had that experience with this lady. In fact, I think if anybody reads this comment, they will know exactly who I’m talking about. Because I’ve came in three separate times and shes like that to everyone unfortunately.
I don’t wanna take away from the great experience that I have had with them, though I spoke with the supervisor John and he’s an action oriented man. He made sure to do some double checking and came up with the solution immediately that I can appreciate that!”

“seriously the best place you could receive packages from. in the past couple of months, i’ve had multiple instances where my package were either delivered to the right address, or sent directly to me for literally great reasons. when all of my packages got sent to the correct address, it was taken care of & just placed carefully onto my porch. this place is seriously the best and i love when i see that they’re the ones that will be delivering to me because i know something will be right with my order (when i receive it.) they have workers that actually know how to do their job. this place rocks!”
