“Cascata Apartments Is a really nice apartments to live in. Rachel and Hayley have been a sweetheart and there’s one other girl that works in there. She’s older But I don’t know her name she’s also good. It’s gated it’s secured. I feel safe here coming from law-enforcement background I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to settle down or start a family this is a good place for it. And there’s always going to be someone that doesn’t like this Apartments or someone always bitching and complaining that currently lives here but that’s anywhere you go any part of town someone’s not gonna like something or someone’s not gonna like someone else It’s the price of doing business. I can tell you this firsthand coming from Law enforcement. There is no drug activity. there’s no prostitution there’s no gang banging, Drinking or drunk people There’s no wild parties There’s no loud noises at night, there’s no dogs barking at 3am It’s quiet it’s peaceful. Is it pricey yes but you know what I’d rather pay this amount And have peace of mind that my shit ain’t going to be broken into.”

“Late Thursday night part of my apartment flooded. Maintenance was there within 15 minutes with all the equipment needed. They were there for about an hour checking residents under me for any leaks, as well as all other residents. They were so quick in a time of immense stress, as a new tenant. They put fans under the carpet and outside of the carpet. I got new padding for my carpet Monday morning. Everything was handled with kindness and quickness by maintenance. Def recommend Park at Mission Hills! - a new tenant.”

“I have lived here since October 2023 and the only issue I had was my microwave door handle broke off. It was repaired the very next day without any issues. I have never seen any roaches or ants in my unit and the exercise room has been a pleasant experience. Thank you for all you all do.”

Our family enjoys the game room and the pool. The maintenance of the grounds and our yards is also a huge plus! What a great place to live!”

“While I appreciate that the complex is trying to be more eco friendly & conserve paper by not printing out all of the advance maintenance notices. All communication from the complex is by email - which I rarely open unless I’m expecting something. So I miss notices about pest control, air filter changes, etc. Thankfully my building has had no problems with pests so I’m not worried about that but what about others who do have issues… Not everyone has internet or even a phone so they wouldn’t have any clue about maintenance.”

“It’s so well kept. The grounds are mowed and weeds are gone regularly. The employees are amazing. Competent and polite so it’s not a hassle to get things done and the service is prompt. I love it here I’m so glad I choose the villas. Johnathon and Rodney are so pleasant and professional. Thanks for a great place to live. Oh, and we have ducks!!!!

“We are absolutely loving living here! So far my favorite is the amazing natural lighting. It helps me wake up early and feel alive compared to other apartments I have lived in. It’s a very quiet and peaceful environment, with tons of shopping centers and food options close by. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept, it’s gated, they have a gorgeous pool, 24/7 fitness room with everything you need, and a wonderful service staff! If you’re looking for somewhere great to live, I definitely recommend Scissortail Crossing Apartments!”

“I have been a resident here at Woodland Park just shy of 2 years and having a lot of great things to say about the property itself, but the staff definitely make it worth living here! Lani & Kailey in the office are very responsive and are willing to help in anyway they can! Anytime I have had any maintenance issues they have gotten resolved quick! Mike is quick at making sure he is completing the work properly and Van is always on property and always has a smile on his face! They have helped me in making Woodland Park my home!”

“Great apartment complex. I think the majority of the negative reviews are unwarranted. The apartment is very transparent and clear about the rules and expectations, like how they’re a smoke free community. Maybe choose a different apartment complex if you choose to do that. Very spacious and well built units. Super helpful and nice staff. They spray for bugs regularly, I believe every building ends up getting sprayed 4 times a year & we never had any issues with bugs or pests. There is a fee if you need to reschedule your spray but there’s really no need to ever have to reschedule it. They are able to go into your unit even if you’re not there and they don’t mind/understand if you haven’t had time to clean up! We lived on the very top floor and did have an issue with a tenant below us. I believe he worked night shifts and slept during the day so he did have some noise complaints but the apartment was very understanding that we weren’t being loud especially since the complaints were never during quiet hours. I also think this was an isolated issue with just that tenant because we had a few other tenants below us and always made sure to let them know that if we were ever being too loud they could let us know and they were always surprised to know that anyone was ever even living above them. The grounds are very well kept. The only complaint was for our building in particular it was a bit of a mud pit in the front. They always salted the stairs and sidewalks during snowy or icy conditions. Move out costs were so reasonable and honestly so gracious (we had a dog so you can imagine). Loved living here!”
