“Late Thursday night part of my apartment flooded. Maintenance was there within 15 minutes with all the equipment needed. They were there for about an hour checking residents under me for any leaks, as well as all other residents. They were so quick in a time of immense stress, as a new tenant. They put fans under the carpet and outside of the carpet. I got new padding for my carpet Monday morning. Everything was handled with kindness and quickness by maintenance. Def recommend Park at Mission Hills! - a new tenant.”

“I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I’ve had a few issues including bugs and some other minor things. The bugs were an issue that would not seem to go away no matter what I did. However, the apartment staff and manager were persistent and responsive whenever I would bring this up. They went above and beyond by replacing the weather stripping on my doors and going up into the attic to spray for bugs. I am so appreciative that they are willing and happy to do these things until the issue is actually resolved. If you reach out to them, they will do their best to help you.”

“We are absolutely loving living here! So far my favorite is the amazing natural lighting. It helps me wake up early and feel alive compared to other apartments I have lived in. It’s a very quiet and peaceful environment, with tons of shopping centers and food options close by. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept, it’s gated, they have a gorgeous pool, 24/7 fitness room with everything you need, and a wonderful service staff! If you’re looking for somewhere great to live, I definitely recommend Scissortail Crossing Apartments!”

“UPDATE: Now that I've been here a year, I wanted to update my review. I truly love living here. While every place we live there are going to problems, there are very few at Surgaryberry. The manager, Kelly does a superb job of managing the complex. Her staff is very professional and nice. Also, the maintenance staff is very timely about responding to maintenance requests submitted. They are all great!__________________________________Great move in experience. Had a problem with the keys but they handled it quickly. The staff is great.”

“If u haven’t had a chance to check out this complex u definitely should! I was in a rough spot and the staff at the complex has helped and my family when we needed it the most! The Manager and staff are very caring and understanding, most people just don’t take the time to talk to them! Oh and this Christmas event was AWESOME! Grinch in the house! Can’t wait to see what they have in store next! The area is quiet and numerous businesses just around the corner for unparalleled convenience! Come check them out!”
