“Long time customer and former service writer (many years ago) here. The best service technicians in Broken Arrow. All ASE Certified, and yes that really matters! Fair prices and quality that can not be BEAT! Friendly people and a comfortable lounge if you must wait or choose the free pick up/drop off service they offer.ONE thing I just learned about them however, is they do NOT do repairs… they REPLACE parts. Read that again.I found out the hard way when my daughters Mini Cooper needed to have a valve job and cylinder honed, and possibly rings replaced, but Instead of just removing the head and having a valve job done on it, or suggesting to rebuild the existing motor…their only RECOMMENDATION was a whole NEW $11,000 MOTOR! And that was the used price with 65k miles.New was $14,000.So I learned something new about my favorite family automotive repair shop. Still love you guys, just in sticker shock!I am continuing to look for an alternative solution to my import problem.”

“I can not say enough great things about this company! I called for an estimate and the owner, Mark, came to bid the job himself. He was professional, on time and just got the estimate back very quickly. A few weeks later to install the glass and was great having to work around my schedule. Mark along with a helper installed the new window pane, cleaned up and my window is as good as new. I am very impressed with how fast the install process was. I hope I never have a broken window again, but if I do I will be calling Mark at Glass Dr. to come and fix it! Thank you”

“I needed two glass shelves for my office desk. I was a little nervous about getting the measurements exact. I just picked up the shelves today and they fit PERFECTLY. The quality of glass and the edging are much better than the original glass shelves that were formerly there. Their customer service lady at the front desk was very accommodating and polite. He had good eye contact and gave accurate and detailed information. The work was quick and beyond my expectations. They fixed our broken trunk lock on on our 2017 Sonata. They also charged a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. The customer service from Matt and the front desk representative, Devine was OUTSTANDING. You can't go wrong with Gerber Collision and Glass in Broken Arrow. Facilities are clean and a great location, easy to find. Lastly, i was in customer service for 43 yrs before retirement.
