“Technician was very punctual. He arrived right at 10:00 AM as expected. He was knowledgeable of the situation and shared every detail of what he was having to do. Because our new motum did not arrive untill later today, the technician had to work with what he had. He repaired a broken line five blocks away, then had to start from scratch to rebuild our account using our old motum. He completed the job around 1:30 PM. The new motum came at 5:00 PM 9/5/24 a day late. Now what do we do with the new motum?”

“I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon as an AT&T store in Colorado screwed me over two different ways. It's a long story, but AT&T just wouldn't help me fix the problems they made. Even after multiple attempts on our part. Their only option was for me to change numbers, which is a ridiculous inconvenience.
I finally decided to just switch to Verizon as they were running a fantastic promotion. This was over a month ago, and I've been so pleased with the way Summer and Dominic helped me. It was as painless as AT&T was difficult.”
“First I am new to Verizon. Due to my phone having a bug in it so my service was very horrible almost everywhere (S22 Ultra) so wifi was a must. I just purchased the phone so it should have been good right? Lol. I went in discouraged and was already complaining about the service (brand new phone). September was able to help with the problem having multiple of them. Ordered a new phone and a couple days later I was back at the store ready to set it up. Rachel helped me and she was just so much fun. You have a problem not her jp lol. Customer service was helped but very little. Spent like over an hour to get a four digit code BOOO LOL. Manager Becky with her super woman cape and she was SASSY with and a huge heart! We won't even go into what she didn't want to do lol. We battered back and forth and it was a HOOT! 2 cookies and an hour and a half later way passed closing Rachel Da da da duh swopped in with the skills to pay the bills mama bear arm wrestled that phone to work LOL! Needless to say I had an amazing experience, an amazing time, phone working great (upgrade!), a whole new experience with Verizon and 2 new besties! Great Job ladies! I'll be seeing you again! “I'm moving, so I tried to take care of the account transfer online. Two hours later and five different people I talked to gave me all different information. I go to THIS store and within five, ten minutes max, Alex took care of it and even helped with the bill for me. He was excellent, very knowledgeable. I really appreciated him being canndid about the process and how he was very comendable toward his coworkers.
