“The staff is very helpful and kind. The store is also toddler friendly. They had a toy box for little ones and the staff were all very sweet to our son while we were replacing my phone. It's good to get there early as it does get busier as the day goes on.”

I don’t know about you but if you don’t understand the way fiber optics works, stop by the 101st and Memorial ATT store and find out EXACTLY how it can serve you better than the local brands. No more frustration with outages even when there is no storm!”

“We bought a new phone I had an upgrade Jessica did everything she could to help it was a busy day the Manger had left at a unfortunate time. But she did her best and did what she could that day. Unfortunately I got locked out of my phone and came in to see if they could hard reset it, used to be easier but this model was harder and had more loops to jump through it didn’t work. Maria tried but ultimately told me that they can't help and said something I wished I'd know before is that they can't help at all when this happens. She could've left that part out or said it a better way than she said it. Other than than usually good service but deff needs to improve on hours and giving more helpful information to the customers.”

GREAT pricing and customer service. We ran into technical issues but it was not their fault, it was a system glitch and he has it fixed in 5 minutes. I also made out like a bandit with their promos going on with accessories. Yes you still have to pay taxes, but these plans and phones are beautiful. Financially and physically to the look!
