The ONLY place I'll ever for repair, or consultation.”

The power button on my phone wasn't working and he took the time to set up a feature to bypass use of the power button so I could turn my phone on! “My wife and I were having major issues with another cellular company, not enough room here to go into all the issues but mostly lack of technical support or any help with our issues because we weren’t buying anything so no one would help us! We decided to change companies, enter Jimmy at Verizon. This guy knew everything there is to know about cell phones and cell phone plans! He took care of transferring all our numbers and got us a WAY WAY better deal than what we had with the other company. Jimmy gave us his direct contact, which I used because of a question I had, he answered the call and took care of my concern.”

“They fixed my wife’s Apple Watch screen very nicely. They quoted me two hours, and after four hours I called to check on it. They informed me that it was done, but apparently had forgotten to call me. So I took away a star for that. Plus I felt like it was very expensive to replace the screen on an Apple Watch. It cost $150some to replace screen, when I could have upgraded to the next newer model watch for $250. I felt like they should have communicated that. Prior to just doing the repair. My experience happened the week before Xmas. So I can only imagine they were completely slammed and overwhelmed.End of the day, they did what they said they would, and did a quality job (with warranty). It just took a few hours longer than anticipated, and I feel like they are a little pricy. I am still comparing things to 2010 though. So I could be out of line on the pricing.”

Rhett finished the transaction and was polite and diligent in correcting and changing our information, staying with the task until completed. If corporate AT&T served the public in order to keep satisfied customers as these men did, it would not receive the criticism I often hear and have felt myself at times.”
