“After purchasing a pair of shoes online and buying them with afterpay and paying them off, I decided I didn't want the shoes, as my feet are quite narrow, and they were tight. They were just not comfortable. I decided it was best to return them. This location was closest to where our original trip was going to be, and had a Target next door (giant plus as that was the next destination). I was treated with kindness and respect. “I would like to give a shout out to Elijah, who helped me during my visit to Golf Galaxy on June 20.
From the Time, Elijah walked up to me to ask how I was doing until the time I left the store which was about an hour later the level of service was top-notch. Elijah worked with me to make sure that the equipment that I was using was right for me so I can have the upmost success out on the golf course.
We looked at a variety of different options and even at one time when an option wasn’t available, he provided other resources that I can look into taken into account my wallet. It was not about the purchase for Elijah. It was about Customer Service.
Ultimately we were able to find a fit for me and I made the purchase.
My experience was incredible and typically I have had good experiences at Golf Galaxy. Particularly on this day it was above board and it was refreshing to see. I wasn’t just another sale.

“The mall was so hot, crowded, and no stores had good stuff.. but this store was amazing and a breath of fresh air. Came with my 3 daughters on probably a way too busy of a day.. and was getting super overwhelmed until I came in to Pac sun. The employee helped my girls figure out their size and what my girls wanted and brought them each 5-8 things to try on. So attentive, so patient, so genuine from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out.
