“So impressed with this place! Had a blow out driving from Tulsa to Wichita and this was the closest tire shop. We called to see if they could help us and they very quickly came out and changed the tire on the side of the highway then had us follow them to the shop and checked out the other tires as well. Super friendly and prompt service, so grateful for this company.”

“Second visit here and the bathrooms are still clean and smell fresh. They have the right setup to keep your hands clean too with paper towels and trash barrel within tossing distance of the door. Good selection of snacks and drinks. No wait for a gas pump. No Tap To Pay at the pump, but they have it inside at point of sale. ??”

“Traveling can be so much harder than it needs to, but travel stops like this one make it so much easier. I came all the way from Wichita to help a family member who had gotten lost come back home. This family member has dementia and they really shouldn’t be driving but they insist on doing so anyways, can’t follow directions, and very well would say they will stop and wait for me and then they’d continue driving anyways. So the whole situation was a bit of an urgent crisis. Once I dropped off my passenger who would drive them back home, I decided to grab a beverage here at the rest stop. The good people working there were very kind to me. I wasn’t the emotional wreck I am now as I write this in their parking lot to show my gratitude, but there must have been something wrong with me that they could tell I was going through a hard time. They treated me with respect and kindness and something about just a simple act of customer service really broke me free of that panicking, problem-solving, crisis management mindset I had been locked into for the last hour. It was just a simple act of friendly customer service but that snapped me out of the loops my mind had been running through non-stop and let my mental health start the recovery process. I’m going to sit in my car here for a little while longer until I calm down enough to drive; it’s hard to see while I’m still crying. It might have meant so little to them, but it really means so much to me. Thank you!”
