“This Big Lots is so much cleaner and better organized than ours in Muskogee. Came in here and found exactly what we needed to our expectations. Searched for a queen mattress for our camper, and they had plenty in stock!! I also felt very safe and welcome here. Great job BA Big Lots!!”
“Always tons of great finds and quality products as well. Love the $5 section they now have! All seasonal decor is super cute and good quality. I love to browse for DIY supplies. There are always new items. Although I've never tried the meat here or frozen products only canned goods and boxed snacks. Kitchen utensils get your money's worth out of them. Also $1.50 balloons here for birthdays or special events!”

“I stopped by yesterday for some last minute Holiday treat's it being Christmas Eve day I expected mediocre service as busy as they were ( only a manager and one cashier) but considering the volume of business and being short staffed the service was great and checking out didn't take much more time than usual and the staff was very apologetic about any undue waiting but me personally i had expected to be in line a lot longer than the 8 minutes considering I was the 12 th in line but the staff was exspeediant and in good CHEISTMAS Spirits . this may be an older store than most DG's but the quality of service is outstanding .”
“Interesting place. The discount bins are cheaper per item on weekdays. It requires some work and patience to go through bins which can contain about anything. Higher price items are displayed separately with price tags. I know some people really get into this and were going hard at it, lol.”

I have lived in the community for over 15 years and have always gone there for all my paraphernalia for broken arrow items. Would definitely recommend this if you live in the BA community and you want to show it.”
“I like Dollar General, great selection and fair prices. I love their seasonal items the most, I always get the cutest items for way less than elsewhere! What I dislike... SO CRAMPED! Why is there only like 3' space in the aisles, the ceilings low, and the lighting poor? Even brand new construction stores are like that. If the staff is stocking shelves, you're not getting through. It's difficult to social distance in such a small space, and it gives the impression of messy & dirty even if it's not. No, it doesn't & won't stop me from shopping there, but I would probably shop there more often if it wasn't so claustrophobic and dark.DG... do us all a favor and rethink your store plan. Make new construction stores a little larger to accommodate wider aisles... and in both new and current stores... higher ceilings and better lighting would go a long way in making your customers feel more comfortable in your stores. They'd probably shop longer and spend more. I know I would.”

“I was just up their, and none of my cards worked, so i tried the other and nothing, the young man at regester 2 said " it must be the chip reader" then he offered to pay for my item, this was at 8/16/2021 2:29 pm monday , this was the nicest thing ever , he did not have to do that, his hair was thick and black his voice semi deep brown / green eyes about 5'9-6'0 even, dark tan pants.”
“Let the photos speak for themselves. This store is so different than any other Dollar General I've been in. Isles were clutter free. I have never seen a Dollar General so clean. Obviously, the daily store manager and employees care and take pride in their work!”
“I don’t have a lot of comparison, but this may be one of the nicest, cleanest, most organized Dollar General I have been in. It is off the beaten path so I don’t think it gets an exorbitant amount of foot traffic which may help to keep it that way. Not far from our new home so I will continue to use happily.”

“I called this store last minute looking for a practice soccer ball so I could skip the 5:00 Walmart traffic. The lady who answered the phone looked and told me they were out of stock. About 5 minutes later I received a call from an out of state number, so I terminated the call without answering. The number immediately called back, so this time I answered out of annoyance. To my surprise it was a male clerk calling me back from the same store. He had located a soccer ball for me and put it aside until I could pick it up. Now THAT is fantastic customer service, guys. Bravo!”

“I love Ninos. We just bought an refrigerator from them this past Friday 01/19/2023 and it was a very good experience. The lady, I think her name is Savannah, was so sweet and helpful. There two others guys that helped us as well but I don't remember their names but they were so nice and helpful. When we went to pickup the refrigerator the two that helped load it onto my truck was very safe and very careful. The guy who finished help loading it was very nice and careful as well. We appreciate every employee that works at Nino's and much respect to them. I will recommend this place over and over. Thank you Nino's so much! The refrigerator works great. Their appliances are good ones and they have good prices. We love our new refrigerator. We haven't had a problem.”
