“This was one of my most pleasant experiences ever. The rooms were super clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was in point as well staying open until 1 hour before check out. It was a bit on the pricey side but well worth every penny. The hotel felt safe and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable.
General from the Evening shift was super friendly and made checking in a breeze.
Pawnee (PK) the breakfast lady made the entire morning with her larger than life personality. She truly served breakfast with joy!
Joyce was very cheerful and made checking out so easy.
Overall I had such a a wonderful experience I would most certainly recommend this hotel to my loved ones.”

“My mom and I stayed here on our way to Dallas. They had two rooms available & Laurie, the receptionist was so welcoming and pleasant. Not only that, our room was extremely clean. There was not a single hair in the bathroom and it was squeaky clean. The whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was also very good. The lady (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) working and preparing the breakfast was on top of everything. It’s not as typical for a hotel breakfast to actually be tasteful these days! Laurie even remembered us as we were heading out and was as usual, so kind. 10/10 would recommend this Holiday Inn location to anyone needing a place to stay!”

“I’ve read a few negative reviews about this hotel but I have stayed here four or five times and have had nothing but good things to say about it. They do openly admit (in the form of a letter given to guests upon check-in) that they are about to start a major renovation on the property, but in my opinion the property is still very nice!”

“Look, if you have visited and have left a bad review for these people, im sure its because their staff was having a really bad day. I can not rave about these people enough. Everyone E V E R Y O N E !, here is amazing. I would have honestly thought I was some sort of royalty, (ok a bit over the top), and it's people in my own city/hometown!
Examples: staff letting us know that she had just put out fresh potatoes while at breakfast. - We had an AC issue in one of our rooms, and we were immediately moved. No, nothing, just boom, let's move you before you become uncomfortable. And were going to move us right back had we wished. *Handicap suite.
Always going out of their way to personable with everyone I seen any staff member interact with, including knowing names.
I could just go on and on...Thank you for making our stay so easy.”

“I had no reservation, but was able to check into a room fairly quickly. Hostess was professional and respectful. Rooms were large, up to date, and VERY CLEAN! Overnight stay was quiet and able to rest comfortably. Breakfast provided and started at 6am. Lots of breakfast options. Easy checkout with key drop at front desk.”

“Great stop on rt 66 for the night. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Someone was always cleaning something. For breakfast they had sausage, scrambled eggs and sausage gravy and biscuits. There was also a make your own waffle station. All in all a very pleasant and satisfactory stay. Would definitely stay again if we are ever passing through. My only issue was the beds were a bit on the stiff side but a lot of people like that so I didn't count that against them. Very happy with our stay.”
“I was coming in a day early and had called to book the room for an extra night when I was an hour away. I also requested a bottom floor room as I have bad knees. When I arrived the manager met me at the door. He had a bottom floor room for me and I got to park close to the room. The hotel was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. I am very happy with my stay and will stay there again.”
“First thing first, shout out to the housekeeping girls for rushing down from the 3rd floor to catch me in the parking lot to give me my daughter's stuffed sloth that she hasn't slept without in 6 years. Give those girls a bonus. They deserve it and the acknowledgement and the only reason I am on here at all. They went above and beyond movning of June 14, around 10:40 am.
Moving on, beds are comfy, location is fine, hotel is just showing age a bit but if you're looking for a good place to stay on a budget, it will do just fine. But seriously, give those housekeeping girls a bonus. You have some incredible employees.”
“Hotel had a great location and parking but service didn't really wow us. The breakfast was good but the front desk staff didn't want to be bothered. The hotel room doors don't close and lock behind you. It took jiggling the door knob to close and latch. The rooms were in decent condition but needed some cleaning on the couch and chair. I'd focus on if you want a door to the bedroom if you book a 1 bedroom suite. There is just a doorway between the bedroom and living room.
Residence inn across the street had four level 2 charger spots with no fee. 2 each for ccs and nacs plugins and spots were usually available.”
“Anthony working the front desk does a fantastic job, very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places to go. Lots of great food walking distance, including savastanos pizza which is a must! Rooms are very clean, and comfortable. The beds are very clean with a good amount soft pillows to lay your head. Definitely recommend, and will be back myself!”

“To the staff Ms Ronda Ms Natasha thank you so much for your hospitality! GOD knew I needed his Angels for this weekends stay. The room was nice , good view, clean, and spacious. The owners should update the bathrooms but for a good suite with in room kitchen this worked out perfectly. Thank you again MsRonda i won't forget your kindness.Walkability: In a main strip area so very convenient for shopping and eating if thats what your looking to do”

“We traveled from Colorado through snow, rain, wind advisories, fires and dust storms. We were so exhausted and Kevin welcomed us in, asked about our journey and was just genuinely a kind attentive guy. He made this stop the best part of our journey. We come through here a lot and we now have a favorite hotel to stay at. Thank you so much for everything Kevin. You went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. “There was no hot water. The roaches were everywhere. People in each others rooms day and night. Television worked only part of the time. NEVER cleaned my roon or even offered. Had to furnish my own towels. Sewage backed up in bathtub and toilet frequently over flowed. Plus maintenance man was clearly dealing drugs and didnt try to fix anything properly POOR PLACE TO STAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Needs to be shut down and condemnedc condemnedus maintenance person appeare”
“Quiet some days some other days not so quite maintenance has people clean rooms every day but Sunday I've never seen any bug's here ever we pay 2 bed per weekly if it's not as bad as other motels I've been in tonight inn is bugy and rude ”

“Hallways are hot b/c they keep the air conditioning off in public areas. They also keep a/c off in the rooms so entering your room it will be really hot but the a/c works fine and cools the room quickly. With the rising costs of electricity, I can’t even be mad at these people for wanting to conserve energy. Again, room cooled quickly when a/c was turned on. The room was clean. No sign of bugs or previous guests, no foul odors.
It’s also equipped with microwave, mini fridge, and one cup Keurig coffee maker.
Harvey was really nice, hospitable, and informative. I would recommend this hotel to friends/ family and I would stay here again.”

“I've lived here for almost 3 months. It's quiet, no drama and rooms are clean! There's a store in the hotel with all your basic needs plus some. The store accepts food stamps also. And if you're a smoke they also have cigarettes you can purchase! Laundry facility on site. It has all your typical daily needs without having to go anywhere!!”

“Great stay with littles! No Elevator, but they did 1st floor as a priority for a family with kid gead. Easy to navigate the area, rained for our trip but the pool was clean, fun breakfast with waffles is always a plus!”
