“Lately the isles aren't stocked. There is stuff everywhere. Today the cashier instead of scanning each card typed in quantity but the cards were different prices. Didn't realize till I got home thats what happen. Please be more careful. Not a huge deal since it wasn't that expensive but does add up if this happens all the time.”

“We drove over 2 hours too come here was kinda disappointed, store dirty, mostly junk food, didn't have everything that was advertised but I suspect it was already sold out. The man sweeping and cleaning floors was friendly and nice, other staff didn't acknowledge you, cashier wasn't even that friendly. I'll come back for a second try next time I'm in Tulsa.”
“Outlet store w good prices on rugs ans household items. The heater selection wasn't great so I'll stick to Walmart for that but the prices on underwear and socks is good . Lots of garden items for spring”
“This is a very nice, large Five Below store. It is in a shopping center with Old Navy and Barnes and Noble but is it's own free standing store. It was very busy when we visited today but unlike many other Five Below stores it was not trashed and unorganized. They had a lot of Christmss sales that were clearly marked and the store was pretty well stocked on most things. The registers are all self checkout which can get crowded but the employee in charge was doing a great job helping everyone and keeping the flow of customers moving. I highly recommend this store! I like getting snacks, t-shirts, and books here and my kids love the craft kits, beauty items, and stuffed animals. They have a little but of everything for relatively cheap prices.”
“I am once again impressed with the customer service at this location, this is not a high end store and yet every single employee I saw smiled and said hello!!! That is very important to me especially since everything is so expensive everywhere. ATM 11/01/2024 they have a lot of nice home decor for Christmas. They have a good amount of automotive and some very nice looking area rugs.”
“Always tons of great finds and quality products as well. Love the $5 section they now have! All seasonal decor is super cute and good quality. I love to browse for DIY supplies. There are always new items. Although I've never tried the meat here or frozen products only canned goods and boxed snacks. Kitchen utensils get your money's worth out of them. Also $1.50 balloons here for birthdays or special events!”
“Decided to go to the Big Lots in Owasso after dropping my son off at work I went to the clearance aisle which I love and I was able to get two cheesecake boxes for $1.74 which I will be using for the holidays The store is spacious and the shelves are neat and majority are fully stocked I was able to find everything I needed since I'm new to the store I had to figure out where everything was but it wasn't hard to find The staff are friendly and helpful Top Big Lots I've been to”

“It's nice to be able to come here and get some things for way less than you would somewhere else. I'll go somewhere and think I can get that same brand for a 1.25 at Dollar tree. They have everything from gift bags for birthdays, toys, food, decorations, detergent and when the holidays hit they have a big selection right in the front it's not all good but most of it is pretty nice. Reason for 4 star is allot of the time you can make it through the aisles due to their truck being in the way but you can't really blame the employees when there is 2 or 3 people working”

“I called this store last minute looking for a practice soccer ball so I could skip the 5:00 Walmart traffic. The lady who answered the phone looked and told me they were out of stock. About 5 minutes later I received a call from an out of state number, so I terminated the call without answering. The number immediately called back, so this time I answered out of annoyance. To my surprise it was a male clerk calling me back from the same store. He had located a soccer ball for me and put it aside until I could pick it up. Now THAT is fantastic customer service, guys. Bravo!”
“This dollar General has its problems, but you can get what you need, problems that I see, low help, and always hiring new people, a high turnover rate and on some days it is closed.”

“Unfortunately we visited the Foyil store a week ago and with COVID numbers up all across the state almost everyone that went in that store was not wearing a mask. All the other Dollar Generals we'd visited told everyone they had to wear a mask in order to go in but these employees didn't waste their breath! So sad that people don't care about other people in that area! ???”
