“I had an amazing experience at Assist Wireless thanks to Hector. He spent three days helping me get my line set up, even though the issues we ran into were completely outside of his control. He never gave up, stayed patient the entire time, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything got resolved.
Hector is not just great at his job—he’s a really likable guy who clearly cares about helping people. If Assist Wireless values their employees, they should seriously consider giving him a promotion. People like him make the company look good and keep customers coming back.

“They have been wonderful. I'm not an electronic person at all and have have many issues with my phone...almost all were my problem and not that of the phone. The Claremore store has gone above and beyond for me and I owe it all to Andrew and Rocky for their patience and product knowledge. I was not happy to hear that Andrew was moving to another store but Rocky and a young lady have been at the top of their game so far. I plan to continue our relationship into the future with my new S26.....I just need to work out a couple bugs and learn its different quirks. I did not like the fact that you had to buy all new chargers, which I learned of during the purchase. I would have held off for awhile had I known that up front as I thought my old chargers would work.”

“If you go to any Assist go to Broken Arrow where Nicole will take care of you!! She has the patience of Jobe, great conversation and the best customer service I ever experienced! A guy was in the store being rude to her and she still kept her cool and was super sweet to him AND did all she could to help that mean man and he left with an apology and a smile! She deserves a raise she needs to train employees literally all the above.”

“When transferring from US cellular to AT&T, Brandy B. was a fantastic help and stuck with us through all of the steps. She was also very busy helping everyone else who works at the Claremore store. She's a great worker and I hope she gets recognized for her contributions properly. I haven't been on the network for long but my usually spotty reception in places now have full bars. I run speed tests often and the lowest speed I've seen so far on at&t is 150 Mbps down and 30 up which is about 50% better than my best numbers I was getting on us cellular. I hope it stays this way.”
