“They were able to put a temporary screen on my old phone so I could finish transferring data. Only complaint was that it took a couple days and I wasn't being called about it. Overall I was happy with the service. The technician was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again.”

He never gave up, stayed patient the entire time, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything got resolved.

“If you go to any Assist go to Broken Arrow where Nicole will take care of you!! She has the patience of Jobe, great conversation and the best customer service I ever experienced! A guy was in the store being rude to her and she still kept her cool and was super sweet to him AND did all she could to help that mean man and he left with an apology and a smile! She deserves a raise she needs to train employees literally all the above.”

“When transferring from US cellular to AT&T, Brandy B. was a fantastic help and stuck with us through all of the steps. She was also very busy helping everyone else who works at the Claremore store. She's a great worker and I hope she gets recognized for her contributions properly. I haven't been on the network for long but my usually spotty reception in places now have full bars. I run speed tests often and the lowest speed I've seen so far on at&t is 150 Mbps down and 30 up which is about 50% better than my best numbers I was getting on us cellular. I hope it stays this way.”
