“I have taken all my dogs to Julie at Aurora for over 20 years. Some have sadly passed on but each and every one of them received and currently receive the best care hands down. Not only grooming services but boarding too. It is such a relief to know that I can go on a short or a long multi week trip and I know they receive the best care possible. Julie and her staff are happy to answer any questions or requests and don’t mind if you check in while they are being boarded. I highly recommend Julie and Aurora Kennel for all your grooming and boarding needs.”

“Today was our first time bringing Winston to Fur house, and we were very pleased. Brianna his groomer made him look and smell so dang good. Hes never smelt this good before, AND he got a complimentary bandana and its so cute! Brianna and staff met all of our expectations and I will highly recommend others bringing their fur babies here. “Southern Agriculture has the best staff. I'm a frequent visitor purchasing fairly large quantities of dog food. Because of this I usually order the food in advance and have them bring it out to my vehicle. The staff has always been very responsive regarding the fIlling of my order and loading of my merchandise. It's gotten to the point where they recognize my name and know what I want. The only reason I mention that is because I think it indicates they have a core staff of employees. Rather than a big box stores that tend to have a large turnover in staff. To me customer service is a big factor in Southern Agriculture has not disappointed me.”
“If you are looking for a hedgehog go to gunners quills Facebook page. Looking at and reading her posts made me really want a hedgehog. So, I emailed her and now I have onyx! She is very knowledgeable and responsible with her hedgehogs. you can tell by just reading over her information. she was very good at communicating with me, she talked with me, texted me a lot, and sent me all all the information I needed to get things set up before onyx was ready to come home. She made sure I had the correct supplies so that onyx ( my hedgehog ) would be happy and safe when she came home with me. This is a requirement of hers, and should be. . Also I can tell that she handles her babies alot and she really loves them. This is important so that when you bring them home they are not so frightened. I had a wonderful experience. “Josh and Vern have helped me two days this week in BIG ways! Helped me cut livestock panel, load my car, find the right part, and even teach me how to use it! Vern helped me assemble a wagon bc he could tell I needed help, and Josh helped me avoid buying something I didn’t need and then load up all the things I bought, teaching me how to do things all along the way. Both my experiences here were like a master class in how to feel comfortable in a hardware store. It’s my new favorite store! Thanks Vern and Josh!!!”
“I absolutely love this place and so does my pup! I started coming here years ago and haven’t gone to another pet store since. The service is amazing and they always have what you need. She just had her first birthday and loved the hat and the toy! I’ve never used the pet wash station until today because my pup is very scared of the dryer. The owner was actually in today and was helping clean up the wash stations before my pup went in. It was very clean and everything I needed was there at my reach. They made it very comfortable and my pup loved it! You don’t see very many owners hands-on in their buildings let alone being hands on with tasks and guests needs. The owner is fantastic and so are the employees and I will forever come here. Thank you guys for making this place so amazing!”

“This store is an excellent place to take your best friend (dog). I took mine in and they took exceptional care of her. Haily was so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. “The Ladies at the PetSmart Grooming Salon are the best ladies in town to get dogs groomed. My dog is ginormous, and they all charmed him, and my small dog too, and now both my dogs look forward to getting groomed. I have every confidence that no matter who grooms the pups, they'll shoot for the moon... and actually make it there, none of this landing amongst the stars crap. These salon rock-stars always tell me when there's something I need to pay attention to, and they give me w progress report on how the pups did. I've been to other groomers in town. I've been satisfied with the work of some, and disappointed in others. However, PetSmart Grooming has not let me down.”

“Review for the dog wash.
I took my standard poodle here She bathe her when sloppy dog wash had already closed their doors and mopped their floor at 4 o’clock, even though they said they were open until 5 PM. I was able to bathe and dry her comfortably. For a very reasonable price. She looked and smelled great . This is Much more convenient to take her here in between her grooming appointments rather than do it at home where things get really messy. We will definitely be back.”

“I have had so many amazing experiences with this Petco, I am afraid I would bore all those looking for advice! The highlights of coming to this locale are:
1.) I have always felt the grooming staff has the utmost care for my fur baby, starting as an 8 week old puppy, who had just licked all my earring off; they immediately contacted me to make sure he got vet care!
2.) They are completely patient and compassionate with over anxious pet moms like myself!
3.) From my personal viewpoint, if ever a problem does happen to arise, they do everything to make it right. This is true, even if it is not through any fault of the staff!
Now, I’d also like to say personal thanks; to Maria, who had the joy of also grooming our last Shih Tzu, Gizmo, who moved on to the happy doggy lands back in 2022. You were amazing with him! And thank for understanding that although Loki is also a Shih Tzu, he is a completely different beastie, and for being super patient and sweet to him. He HONESTLY KNOWS when I say we are going to see Maria, he’s going to have a super time!
This brings me to a couple newer awesome ladies: Peyton and Isabella! Thank you girls for making Loki feel like a king, despite his bossy attitude!
To those still reading this, the kindness I feel every time I bring Loki in is a rarity in today’s society, and is a treasure!!
Finally, apart from the grooming department, the rest of the staff at this location are jewels to be treasured! They are consistently kind to me, despite being super busy! Thanks all!
