“10/10 recommend! I was in an accident on the 7th of September took my car in on the 9th of September. Got it back completely repaired on the 18th. Almost 10 days sooner than expected to have it back! Damages were repaired so amazingly you cant even tell where it was. Also, the staff in the office were super helpful and so kind. ? “I had small cosmetic repairs done on my 25 Camry and they graciously repaired additional scratches that happened to be near the main issue. I truly appreciate that! Madison is so sweet, friendly and communicative. It was great walking in at 7am and being greeted with a smiling face (not sure of the receptionists name). Oh! I got my car back a week early! (I know they overestimate but I also appreciate the efficiency.) And they even offered me a ride home after I dropped off so I wouldn’t have to uber—super thoughtful! The inside is neat/clean and cozy with seating, water bottles and TV. My car came back clean and vacuumed as well. 10/10 experience. Recommended by USAA!”
