I came in today because I was having brake issues. My car was vibrating whenever I would press on the brake pedal.
I didn't catch the employee's name but he said the most likely cause was bad rotors. He checked it out and saw that several of the pads were really worn.
I was given the option to have just the front rotors done or both the front and rear. The price he quoted was really fair. Within 2 1/2 hours I was on my way with new rotors and pads.
I drove around a bit on the way home and my brakes work properly now. Like they did when I first bought the car. No noise or vibrating.
I'll definitely be back!!”

“My experience with Jack Auto service center was a very positive experience, cautious at first Connie is a straight forward lady she delivers on her word, plus works hard to keep customers protected and doesn't do short cuts. I was impressed she and her mechanics were working to save my old engine but we still installed a new rebuilt remanufactured engine for our Chevy Equinox. They did a very respectful job on our car. “10/10 recommend! I was in an accident on the 7th of September took my car in on the 9th of September. Got it back completely repaired on the 18th. Almost 10 days sooner than expected to have it back! Damages were repaired so amazingly you cant even tell where it was. Also, the staff in the office were super helpful and so kind. ? “I tried visiting 2 other tire shops before coming here. The other 2 were unable to accommodate me the same day.
I pulled in here, and there wasn't any wait. However, they didn't have my size tire in stock.
The attendant was gone for a few minutes looking for a tire. When he came back he let me know they didn't have any but the Walmart several miles down the road showed them in stock. He took it upon himself to check around for me and I really appreciate it. The other Walmart did indeed have the tire I needed. I just had to wait about an hour to have it installed.
I'll be coming back here for my tire / oil change needs.”
