“I visited the lobby of MidFirst Bank to pick up some cash in specific denominations for my granddaughter's birthday. As usual, this visit went smoothly. I was greeted by a teller as soon as I entered the lobby. I went to her window and explained exactly what I needed. She confirmed what I needed and, within one minute, she was counting out the cash to me. We spent a couple more minutes chatting and I left. The visit went smoothly with no problems. MidFirst is a great bank that takes care of their customers.”

“I’ve banked at this location for years and have loved it! The only thing that has been problematic for me is how strongly scented the building is with air freshener plug ins. I leave smelling like them, and it flares up my allergies, which causes me to avoid going inside as much as I can. (Add in edit: Irene the manager called me after I posted this and told me she removed most of their air fresheners. She was very kind and took the time to make sure I was comfortable at this location, which I appreciate so much!)”

“Peoples Bank and Trust completely blew me away with their customer service and willingness to serve my small business. I was left scrambling after applying for the PPP in round 1 with my big bank. When I heard there was going to be a round 2 I called several other banks to see if they could help me. Peoples Bank and Trust took my call when all the other banks were shuffling me around. Travis assured me that they would be able to process my loan. He reviewed my application immediately and even helped me make changes. My loan was processed! About the same time I also received another mass email from my big bank. I had filled something out incorrectly and my application would not be accepted. I am so grateful to Travis and the rest of the staff at Peoples Bank and Trust. They were super nice and friendly when I came in to pick up my check. Their m customer service was incredible, even for a small business like mine. Peoples bank and trust is not just another big bank, they care about the people behind the numbers!
