“Awesome experience probably one of the fastest oil changes I've ever had done. You definitely pay for the convenience fee of one not having to get out of your car and two them being so quick about everything. You pull in and give you your options of oil and the whole thing took maybe 10 minutes at the most. All the tax were very nice and seemed very personable. Of all of the reviews that I've read of this place the only bad review I ever have seen from here is that someone thought that they were rude to them. Maybe people don't understand that everywhere they go They're not going to have the red carpet rolled out for them. I think that people just need to get over themselves and realize that you're talking and dealing with another human being that has their own life their own struggles and their own stuff going on. Even if that pertains to their work you don't know how their day is gone. If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. Pass by this place for many many years and man do I regret not going here. So convenient so quick just makes life so much easier. For many years we've taken our vehicle into a tire place and since we're by the tires from them or while the tires rotated and an oil change done at the same time there's been times when it's taking them several hours even with an appointment to do a rotate balance inner oil change. So all that's saying thank you Woods oil change we will definitely be back with both of our vehicles.”

Did an awesome job, quick service, very reasonable prices and don’t over charge for things you do not need. “Kendal and his team have worked on my '66 Mustang a few times. They installed a Borgeson power steering system, welded some support braces back in and recovered my front seats. Each time I was extremely impressed with the quality of work. They also got this all done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I will definitely have new projects for them. Their shop is also awesome.”

“The guys are lights out fast and knowledgeable. If you need new tires, buy them online, have them delivered to your home and take them to Waterloo Auto Service to get mounted, balanced and installed. I have never had to wait. They always take awesome care of my vehicle.”

“Very helpful. I had a small nail in my tire and my battery kept acting like it wasn't going to work. Took it to Hibdon and they were fast and thorough. The battery was still under warranty and Kyra Davis helped up with a return/exchange at another facility. I appreciate all the info and helpfulness and will be back when I need more tires.”
