“Customer service is amazin. Staff is so proactive and willing to help. They really go above and beyond, it does not really feel they are trying to sell you anything, it feels like someone you donot know is genuinely trying to help you. I hate that I did not ask for the name of the guy that helped me, or he probably mentioned it and I forgot but I was here on a Wednesday night and the guy that helped me was trully amazing. He helped me add oil to my car and ran a scan for a code I had on my car, the computer did not bring up anything for the code I guess that it was not familiar with the code so he looked up on youtube what the issue was and what possible fixes were available. He was great. I would come back for all my car parts and appliances. I will sure recomrnd O'reilly to all my friends and family.”
“Very impressed with the service here. A customer came in with a serious brake issue and was traveling home to Texas. The guy behind the counter (AJ) realized he did not have the parts needed in stock and they were across town at the hub store. he tried to get them delivered with no success. Realizing what a safety issue the customer was facing he called the competition a few blocks away to see if they had the correct parts in stock. Unfortunately they did not but I was really impressed by the concern AJ showed the customer. These days it's hard to find people that really care about others and for his actions alone I gave this location a 5 star review. He also gave me pretty good support with my parts as he was training the new employee that was helping me. He actually argued with me about the brake material I was asking for and when he noticed my stubbornness he politely backed off. And after it was all said and done I ended up going with his recommendations. Lol. I usually don't write reviews unless I'm giving 1 star. Thank you AJ for the service you are giving my community.”

“Drew is the guy to see. I came into the shop looking for a oil filter and oil, 30 mins before I had to clock into a work shift. DREW had me out of the store with everything I needed within 7 minutes, giving me more than enough time to get to work, while being respectful and polite. I recommend this location to anyone due to this man's performance today!”

“This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”
