“If anyone deserves a 6 star it's O'Reilly's! I wanted to change my oil tomorrow because it's due and I have the chance! But guess what OEM manufacturer not in stock at the dealership!! You better plan all of your car breakdowns because it's going to take 3 to 6 days to get parts from Kia!! Went to O'Reilly's was going to use their house brand oil filter but guess what they had my OEM!! I get to do my oil tonight after all thanks for coming in clutch O'Reilly's! Super friendly people clean store, helpful and knowledgeable, Plus open till 10 yes that deserves the 6th star!!”

“OEM headlight bulb for a 2002 toyota rav4 was $10 while next door it was $20. But it's a good idea to shop because most parts cost half as much online as O'Reilly or that place next door charges, If you have time to wait for shipping go online.”

“Jim provided me with professional, courteous service this morning. I called him concerned about my battery, wanting to get it tested but worried about turning it off and not being able to start it again. He met me outside and answered all my questions, assured me we could jump it again if needed. He tested my battery and alternator and determined the battery was bad. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with possible solutions. He was definitely raised correctly and definitely deserves a pay raise and recognition for excellent customer service.”
“Levi was a life saver! He told me exactly what battery I needed and how much it would be so I ran to Jenks to meet my son and thought I would grab my battery there. The guy in Jenks told me absolutely not (with attitude)the computer says it won't fit it's not the right battery he wouldn't change it out because it was going to make him do something on the computer or mess everything up. so I went back to Levi on 21st he sold me the right battery and installed it in 30 seconds didn't even have to reset my radio! I was able to make my interview in time! Thank you Sir!!”

“This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”
“I found this place after honestly thinking these types of shops with components for electric motors, starters, etc.. had all been wiped out.
I was greeted with a smiling face by the lady at the counter, and honesty.
They gave me straight advice, and the gentleman that had been there a long time along with the counter lady came to advise me directly on specifics for a Golf Cart Starter/Generator.
They were very patient, knowledgeable, kind, and I left with exactly what I needed and with more information than I had before.
I wish more places like this were more popular over large chains.

“Needed a waterproof for one of the vehicles. Walked in and they had two employees helping people so we waited. We didnt wait long and we told them exactly what we needed and they pulled it right up. They were great because they didnt make us feel like we were stupid or try to sell us something we didnt need. They did ask us a question and we declined but then they said the warranty wasn't valid without that info, so we gave it. No biggie. Again, they were nice, sold us the part and went on to the next customer. I have some other stuff I need for my vehicle so I know ill be back.”
“Needed a few small tools to finish the repair in our van. They had what I needed. I had to look around hard for a little while. Gotta say the prices are a bit high compared to what I could do on Amazon but what happens when you're in a pinch, I guess these days.”
