“After a less than productive interaction with an employee at the TFCU in Choctaw Oklahoma I decided to take my small business account needs to the TFCU MWC branch. Thankfully Vanessa Garcia was super helpful and knowledgeable. She took the information I had and was able to open my small business account. A couple days later I returned to the MWC branch and worked with Dakota Tatum who helped me get my Small Business Visa. I am super thankful to have TFCU as my personal and now business banking service all due to great staff like Vanessa and Dakota”

“I tried to cash a check in the drive-thru. I didn't have an account, myself. They told me I had to wait 30 minutes for the lobby to open so I could come inside to cash it. No shade to the worker but what the heck! What is the difference? So I park, wait 30 mins and then walk inside with check and ID (just like drive-thru) and they cash it. Why???”

“I talked with Taylor at the drive-thru today, the new drive thru. I didn't know how to use the new system. Taylor was extremely professional & pleasant. A ray of sunshine, though the rain was pouring down. She was thorough in helping me navigate the machine, then she advised me to get a debit card to make it easier to use during off hours as well. Later She called, informing me that she could send the debit card form by email, & I could e-sign, which made things so much easier for me. I have been a member for yrs, even in the 90s, I had a car payment through TFCU. This is the first time I have encountered someone like Taylor at any TFCU Branch. Usually the look on their faces is nonchalant, non-caring, & just going through the motions. Taylor was intentional, like she was Ms. Customer Service, which has really become a sinking ship nowadays. I hope she gets a promotion or can teach a class on Customer Service at TFCU.

“Chase bank is so awesome!! I've used several banks or credit unions over my lifetime. Then I changed to Chase bank about 8 or 9 yrs ago. I've had both checking/saving accts of course, & debit card. And a credit card. And several times I've gone in to get help or advise for paperwork, or notarize papers (which is free), have them print different kinds of graphs from my accts. They have always, every single time, no matter what city, been helpful & professional in their assistance. There have been a few times they have called me to ask about use of my acct for purchase that "doesn't look right". And each time they were right. They immediately caught it, shut acct down, & replaced money taken from my acct. They sent me a new debit card pronto & took care of the misuse of my acct. Chase has made my life SOOO much easier!!!”
