“The girls who work here are amazing. Justine really knows how to run that store. She is very honest and kind, good values as a store manager. I have been working with rent a center for years and honestly, this is the best store and experience I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. I went here for an IMAC and unfortunately they didn’t have one. They quickly found one at another store and I got it same day. When I received from another store, the quality was not the greatest and the manager at the NW OKC store completely lied to me on the quality. It was disgusting and filthy with scratches. I didn’t even get a charger and had to buy one myself. He said everything was new and good to go. I was just going to clean it myself and move on. I got home and cleaned it and ended up having to call apple to get it reset and deleted because there was still someone else logged in to the computer! Took 3 hours and was an huge inconvenience. I called the store I ordered it from (Moore) and Justine apologized profusely and asked if there is anything she could do or exchange. I was fine with the computer as it still worked, well I thought it worked great anyway lol. When I started actually using it for work, it shut off randomly for some reason! I called Justine to let her know and possibly see if I could exchange it and she was extremely helpful and nice. She immediately ordered me a new one and went through hoops to get it through another store for me. I received it within a week. This computer is an upgrade from the first and over all More money at the end but she still managed to get my monthly payments the same. I am BEYOND APPRECIATIVE of Justine and all of her help. She definitely made up for the nightmare of a manager at the OKC NW rent a center store. Thank you!”

“Whirlpool - 5.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Electric Range with Cooktop Flexibility - Stainless Steel, is not very good.
I just bought one for 2 month and 4 days. It already have a cracked at the cooking area.
We try calling BestBuy customer service, but was not helpful.
The water takes a very long time to boil.

“So, T-Mobile wants to give away free phones to other customers but not their own to keep them, so we went and saw Emilio at Verizon in Moore. Not only did he save me $30 per month, got us THREE phones (Iphone, Samsung and Google) for my family but he was patient, kind and very helpful. We couldn't be happier with the phones and the service we are receiving from Verizon and the help that Emilio gave us during the 3 hours we were there!
So.. give Emilio your business. Ask for him.. he's worth it.”

“Very nice place to pickup 2 cents every time I purchase gas. Today, it was 3 cents, yesterday it was 2 cents. People keep throwing money by the gas pumps. Anyway, I give God glory, and thank Jesus Christ as it is money for the rainy day. They have an ATM and a bill pay machine. The air pump is not free. You can use cash or credit card. I remember one night I drove around town looking for free air. Air is no-longer free. Save yourself the trouble and get yours from a pawn shop that plugs into the cigarette lighter.”

“This is by far my favorite 711 in Moore. The overnight crew is amazing (the two guys). They are kind and thoughtful. They keep the store clean!!! The bathroom is always clean and open.
They tend to have all Doordash orders ready by the time I arrive.
They even worked with me one day when my car broke down and let me store it there overnight until the tow could arrive the next morning. My car died in their parking lot at 3am and the tow was not available for five hours.
This is a great place for snacks and coffee 24/7. You have to try the ice coffee and the 711 brand snacks. One thing I love about 711 is they have an AUTO section with motor oil and stuff you may need any time for your car. When the normal stores are close hit your local 711 up for car needs.”

Over nights with great customer service and I know I can always get a coffee when she is there, but there is a man that works overnights named Phil and he never has coffee ready when I come in. 4 days in a row. And the body odor ruins my day. Is really bad. Degree is great. Works for me.”

“I love 7-11, this might sound weird but the older ones around town have a certain smell, good one, that takes me back to being a kid. There are a dozen other gas stations that I pass but this 7-11 is the one. They have a nice assortment of sodas, slurpeesn and coffees. This one has roller grill items that are pretty tasty as well as Thunder Dogs.”

“Didn’t get his name but the older gentleman with the glasses that works in the evening was SUPER nice. Greeted me with a nice smile and asked how I was as soon as I walked in. I don’t recall ever having been greeted at a 711. He is so friendly and outgoing; you guys need to give him a raise because he is a treasure.”
