The steaming bowls of tonkotsu ramen had remarkably rich broth and tender chashu, while the fresh sushi rolls were prepared to absolute perfection. Crunchy gyoza appetizers delighted everyone. Friendly staff made our family evening completely pleasant and relaxing!

I usually get the same thing and when I want to try something new they are very helpful when I need to ask a question. They're very sweet people and theyre always working so hard AND quickly when we pick up the food. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

1301 South I-35 Service Road, MooreFirst impressions blew us through the roof. We arrived around opening time and this place did not disappoint!
The atmosphere was stunning, in a semi retro but modern style, the olive green and browns felt homey while maintaining a restaurant vibe. The chairs and booths were spaced well, and the hanging lights just made the scene lovely. There are many paintings on the wall, showing their love for food just as big as our hearts :D
As for the food, we got the burshetta Sunde for our appetizer! The Bushetta sunde was beautiful. The garlic was perfectly spread across the cut toasts and the wine glass was cute to hold the tomatos. The tomato were extremely fresh and juicy, lovely pairing with the toast
I had the chicken marsala, the chicken was cooked amazingly. Perfect crunch into a soft interior that was easy to pull apart. The noodles were also well done and smooth to eat, pairing the two was a unique flavor I surely can't describe to well myself, but I will be hunting for another bite soon!
My fiance got the Rigatoni alla vodka, the noodles and spices to the dish were also delectable, chicken was the meat of her choice this time and even that was enjoyable to her steak loving self! The sauce wasn't to heavy, nor too light, which had her savoring each bite.. (when I wasn't asking her a million questions)
And finally, we ordered the tiramisu for desert. The slice we got was such a generous slice after our full stomachs, but we powered through to one of the most creamy and enjoyable tiramisu's we've had yet! (That's coming a short way for me since I was use to Costco branded cups)
Overall, we had to compliment the chefs at work thanks to their amazing cooking. The server was incredibly friendly and would almost refil our drinks the second we even dared to sip 🤣
Loved Oliveto, we are absolutely coming back to try more! (Like that breaded pudding....)
