They had lots of outside time, evening cuddles and came home happy, healthy and clean. (She even threw in a free bath). Her services are affordable and professional!

I also had to call again as my new puppy was having an issue and they got her some medication and moved up her next appointment. I feel they have gone above and beyond making this situation right and really caring for my puppies and cats. Thank you!
I would love to give 5 stars for the vet techs and the vets - they are so kind and attentive to our pets needs. We recently got 2 new puppies and I had made their first appointment for them a few weeks out, but then I discovered one had worms and I called panicking and they were so kind to get me in that same day. The very next weekend one of the puppies was not feeling well and we just walked in on a Sat at 11 and they took care of my sick pup and sent us home with what we needed and told us where to go in case of an emergency over the weekend. I was very impressed! So much so that we scheduled an appointment for all 3 of our cats. I scheduled the appointment at their office and told them I am a teacher and that I needed an appointment after 4 and they found the first available and we booked that and left thinking
all was well.
Fast forward to the cats appointment day and we show up and the lady at the front desk was very brusque and preceded to tell me that she only had 2 of my cats scheduled at 4pm and that we were no-shows for the 3rd cat’s appointment which was scheduled that morning at 9:15. I told her that we had never scheduled a 9:15 appointment (why would I want to take off work and come twice when only one appointment was needed?) and that there must have been a mistake and she basically insisted that it was my fault and my husband’s fault because he is the one who got the text reminders and should have noticed the mistake of the 9:15 appointment and then called to change it. I tried to tell her we did not examine the messages, we got 3 reminders for the 3 appointments we had made and never thought to look for a mistake. I finally just told her that she will not speak to me in such a manor and that I did not make that appointment and then I was going to request someone else to help me and that’s when she very rudely asked if I wanted to speak with someone and I said yes I do. As she got up she turned to the two vet assistants who were sitting on either side of her and said you guys are my witnesses that this was not on me and I want you guys to make that clear. When she left the room the poor vet assistants looked extremely uncomfortable and apologized to me. Eventually she sent a vet tech to speak with me about the situation, but is a vet tech really anyone of authority? I highly doubt it. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to an office manager or owner tomorrow.
Once in the room one of the assistants apologized again and explained that a new lady had made my appointment and she probably just made a mistake, which is completely understandable but berating a customer and blaming them for their mistake is not good business practice.
Overall the rest of the appointment was great and the doctors were very kind. They took care of our cats and were engaged with the cats and us. I can’t say one bad thing about that part of the appointment.
I just believe that I am a paying customer who should be treated with basic kindness. My bill was over $500 for that visit and to be spending that much money to be treated like shit upon walking in the door is very off-putting and a bad business.
After I call, hope that this will be successfully managed so that no other unsuspecting customers have to deal with this same kind of issue.

The doctors we’ve seen and all the staff have been so courteous, caring and professional that I can’t say enough good things about them! They were able to set my mind at complete ease about the treatment I will always receive for my fur babies.

Three Appleteers
1701 S Mustang Rd unit 105, YukonMy daughter chose a few places she wanted to go for her birthday. The Three Appleteers was one of those places. She was very pleased with the desert.
The staff greeted us when we went in. They were very friendly. I love finding good customer service as I feel it’s getting harder these days to find. The decor is adorable. I’m not an Alice in Wonderland fan. I will say, the decor was adorable and I value imaginary skill in decor. The teapot tables were adorable and surprisingly nice to sit in. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. My youngest lived heat loved the my little pony show playing on the tv and had her hooked.
We got some Carmel apples that were absolutely delicious! I’m not a fruity pebbles or chocolate pebbles person. I will say the apple with the chocolate pebbles was actually pretty good.
My husband loved the turtle caramel apple. We also tried the special, the strawberry yogurt pretzel apple. The flavors paired really well together. My youngest loved the M&M Carmel apple. That wasn’t my favorite, however I’m not big on M&M’s so it’s a personal preference in taste. The ladies did an excellent job crafting each apple!
I did try the Carmel apple pie. It was made perfectly. I was not a fan, but again, personal preference. My mind didn’t like the Carmel added. If you like Carmel apple pie, you will love theirs!
We did take a chocolate chip cookie to go. My husband loves chocolate chip cookies. After our day out adventure, the cookie was eaten when we got home. The chocolate chip was perfect. Not overly chocolatey, just the perfect amount. It wasn’t too sweet. It had just enough the satisfy his sweet tooth and was still soft.
The apple cupcake with Carmel drizzle was my favorite. The cake tasted like spice cake (my favorite cake!). The cream cheese frosting had a Carmel apple flavoring that paired perfectly with the cake. It was heavy, as I’m not a fan of heavy cupcakes. I like lighter cake. However, this was well worth it! I’d definitely order more to go next time.
The Three Appleteers definitely impressed us with their culinary and baking skills. We do have them on our list to visit again.
