It was my chonko kitty's first groomer trip ever, and she wasn't happy. They took the time to soothe her and were very careful to not hurt her. You can tell these people love animals. The doctors have been amazing and have always been willing to go the extra mile to make sure we fully understand what’s going on and what our options are. They’ve put in an incredible amount of time and effort trying to get to the bottom of my dog’s issues, and it’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat. I’ve never felt rushed, dismissed, or like they’ve pushed a treatment that wasn’t necessary and that level of dedication means a lot. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares.

He had to have his eye removed due to his cataract and problems it was giving him. During the exam they were absolutely wonderful with both me and my spicy baby. They understood I was very nervous and shed some tears in the waiting room, the sweet vet tech didn't judge at all. I got a call while he was under to give me an update, which put me at ease. I was informed of how he was doing, how blood work was and an estimated time for pickup so communication was great. They allow care credit which was an absolute life saver due to last minute surgery was needed and I wasn't quoted near as much I expected which was super sick. They even allowed me to keep his eye after!!! Lol pics of his eye before surgery for reference.

Aiden was our trainer and he was and is fantastic at his job, we had fun learning all we needed to pass the therapy dog certification test. That will be done soon. The cost was way more than I figured but it’s just me and her so why not.

1043 North University Boulevard, NormanMy dog has been a regular at Annie’s for daycare since he was 6 months old, and he always gets super excited when I tell him “it’s time to go to school!” Their huge outdoor play yards are a big benefit to my dog, who in addition to being very playful and energetic is also a hound that loves to track scents. He has also boarded with Annie’s, and comes home from vacation tired and happy. Can’t recommend this facility and their exceptional staff enough!

American Dog Obedience Center Llc
12201 Buckskin Pass, NormanKris is a fantastic dog trainer. Over the past 30 years she has trained 3 of my labs. I was able to incorporate the behaviors all 3 of my labs learned at school into our everyday life. They have all been gentle well behaved dogs. The gift she gives each student dog and owner is a start to a wonderful relationship. I feel like the best part of her program is the “magic” or place. My dogs sit on a carpet when we have company or are eating dinner! Anyone who has labs knows this is a miracle. My lab Gabby and I are choosing to do more training we come for lessons and she is teaching me more. More manners, more fitness, more skills. Most of all she is teaching me how to train my dog. Gabby loves learning more ❤️. This is making my relationship better with Gabby and its giving Gabby more freedom and making her life better. I had heard about the boarding program. Its wonderful. When you leave town your trained dog is welcome to stay and board. When you return you have another lesson and see what new skills your dog has learned. This promotes a lifetime of learning and training.

The owner was very welcoming! The service was great, and the wine was honestly amazing. I’m not even much of a wine drinker, but I ended up finding a few that I loved enough to take home with me!
It’s such a quaint, cozy little spot tucked away in the Norman countryside. The prices are great too. We had such a nice time just chatting and spending time together. Great snacks! We got the spinach artichoke and charcuterie board 💯 They do pizza on Fridays with live music and different game nights which the owner said we can stay posted through their Facebook (although we didn’t get to experience this I can see how this could be a great time). We’ll definitely be coming back soon! ❤

I had the frito chili pie. It was really good and I hate to say anything bad about it. It just needed a bit more chili. Other than that, it tasted and looked like the old fashioned frito pies that are hard to find. It could use a few more onions, as well.
I also went up there for Hot Rod night, but i only looked at the cars. Pictures below.

First, the original reservation was made & then, we called only a couple of days ahead to see if it would be possible to add *7* more and were graciously accommodated. Everything was set up when we arrived & we were greeted warmly despite it being 1pm on the busiest restaurant day of the year. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu & very personable. He chatted & joked with everyone from my preschool aged nieces to my octogenarian grandparents & was able to answer questions about the food easily. The food was excellent & despite the large group, everything arrived promptly & at the same time (especially appreciated with little ones!). Most impressively, despite some picky eaters in the group, not one person's order was incorrect & everyone really liked their food. I also ordered a couple of meals to-go that were packaged nicely & included chips, salsa & queso. Refills, extra sauces, takeout boxes, etc. were all provided promptly as well. I was certainly impressed & expect this to become a go-to place for our family.

102 West Main Street, NormanIm addicted to the lemon poppyseed pancakes, everything else that I've had here is great but the poppyseed pancakes are on another level! You dont need any syrup because the lemon stuff they put on top is perfect and everything melds together in a way that's going to make your tongue slap your brains out!! Biscuits are great with the jam as well, the strawberry (pink) one was my favorite. Awesome service although it can get busy, but they are on top of it 100% and definitely worth the wait if there happens to be one. Thank yall for the most delicious pancakes I've ever eaten!!! See yall in the morning!!!

The food is always super fresh, everything comes out fast, and the quality is crazy consistent. The atmosphere is really warm and clean, and the staff is actually attentive without being annoying. I've been to a lot of places in Norman and this one is definitely at the top of the list. If you want a solid meal, good service, and a place you can keep coming back to, Charleston's is it.
