“I was excited but I could qualify to get a certain amount of credit per month online without having to talk to anybody first.When I did call Nicole was very friendly about getting me set up with the washer and dryer that I needed and a price that I could afford.I will say there were some misunderstandings about the installation and the parts that came with it etc.. when I empathize with my issue very much.However after I send an email, the manager, Terry I believe his name was, contacted me I was very professional about working out the problem to my satisfaction.I think Nicole me just have been having a bad day like we all do sometimes.Oh and last but not least?
