I was so stressed out because I had bought this phone and couldn’t get the prepaid SIM card to work and I had called AT&T and went to the AT&T store on Shawnee and even went back to Walmart where I bought the sim, and I couldn’t get a single person that knew what they were doing, and that could help me. We walk in and we were out within probably 15 minutes if that because Shawn knew exactly what to do to fix our problem and not only that, He was so so kind and funny. He actually uplifted my spirits when I had had a terrible day. People like this make me have faith again in our customer service. Give this man a raise because he is great at his job and he is so nice and so friendly and so helpful.”

I had dropped my phone and the screen was all weird and cracked with lines, I walk in and they knew exactly what it needed and had it done in less than an hour!!!
