“I drove from the Boost Mobile in Tahlequah to the Boost Mobile in Muskogee because the phones i wanted were not in stock and it would take several days to get them in. Once I got to the Muakogee store the emploee working named Ashlee explained to me the available free phones when i ported my number and the prices for the plans activation and taxes. At this point in my visit I became upset because the information I was given in Tahlequah was incorrect and misleading. Then Ashlee assured me that she couldnt give me what Tahlequah had said but because I had traveled from Tahlequah and was willing to port all 3 phone lines from my current carrier to Boost Mobile that she could work with me to make sure I was satisfied with the phones plans and prices from the Muskogee Boost Mobile and she did exactly that. After working with her i left the store a very satisfied Boost Mobile customer with a family plan including 3 lines and new phones at a price I could afford. The Muskogee store is truely blessed to have such a wonderful employee who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied with making Boost their wireless provider. I hope they realize that and do everything possible to hold onto her and reward her for doing such a wonderful job.”
