“Shawn at this location is the man! I was so stressed out because I had bought this phone and couldn’t get the prepaid SIM card to work and I had called AT&T and went to the AT&T store on Shawnee and even went back to Walmart where I bought the sim, and I couldn’t get a single person that knew what they were doing, and that could help me. We walk in and we were out within probably 15 minutes if that because Shawn knew exactly what to do to fix our problem and not only that, He was so so kind and funny. He actually uplifted my spirits when I had had a terrible day. People like this make me have faith again in our customer service. Give this man a raise because he is great at his job and he is so nice and so friendly and so helpful.”

“Makayla at the AT&T store provided excellent service! She was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. Customer service like that is hard to find. I highly recommend asking for Makayla if you visit!”

“Amazing services! Paige was so helpful and signed me up for auto payments to help me save $5 a month! She answered all the questions I had and made sure all my issues were solved before I walked out the door! She also told me I’m eligible for an upgrade! I’ll be back to see Mrs. Paige soon!”

“Very knowledgeable employees, quick service, reasonable prices. Easy to find. Definitely would use again. They replaced the keyboard on my laptop which was much cheaper than a new laptop.”

“I came in around 530 and a I did not get the gentleman's name that welcomed me outside but he and Kevin was amazing. Kevin stayed longer just to make sure I walked out with my phone on. Them men are very dedicated to their customers and their customer satisfactions over all I wish I could make this more than 5 stars because they deserve way more. Thank you to both of these men.”
