They also have great deals so that you save a lot of money and they are very knowledgeable about troubleshooting when you have questions and problems with your phone. I just knew it was going to be trouble getting my phone replaced after breaking it today at work, normally I would have to go into the local US Cellular and buy a brand new phone pay for an activation start a new phone number and have to go through a whole process because of their routine at that specific store, not here at this us cellular!
The customer service was great, they knew how to run right through what needed to happen to get my new phone up and going, and all my stuff from my old phone transferred over!!
