I just knew it was going to be trouble getting my phone replaced after breaking it today at work, normally I would have to go into the local US Cellular and buy a brand new phone pay for an activation start a new phone number and have to go through a whole process because of their routine at that specific store, not here at this us cellular!
The customer service was great, they knew how to run right through what needed to happen to get my new phone up and going, and all my stuff from my old phone transferred over!!

Not only did he save me $30 per month, got us THREE phones (Iphone, Samsung and Google) for my family but he was patient, kind and very helpful. We couldn't be happier with the phones and the service we are receiving from Verizon and the help that Emilio gave us during the 3 hours we were there!
