“Let me start with I have a cricket store way closer than this one, however I do not like how they conduct business. So instead of thinking they were all the same I went to this one. After 7months of useless conversations with Verizon customer service (That's a Joke no customer service was given) I went to this store between Hannah and her Mgr Cathy, they were Finally able to get all my credits and than some! Thank you so much I was about to leave Verizon, I will definitely be a loyal customer to this store.”
