Daniel was absolutely wonderful. Excuse my spelling if I spelt it wrong but he was wonderful very patient very caring actually listen to what we had to say, and he fixed our problem without complaint we are very grateful for his effort and support ….. and I hate AT&T.

I liked how organized the process was in the store. When I entered the store I was immediately acknowledged and then put into the que to see a representative. Members are cooperative and support each other and the customer. It was a very pleasant experience.
