Luxury Glass & Novelties is a friendly and welcoming store offering a variety of products, including kratom, vapes, and glass pieces. Customers appreciate the large parking lot behind the motel, making it easy for truck drivers to stop by with their trucks and trailers. The store is known for having good prices on kratom, especially for those needing larger quantities like kilos, which are hard to find elsewhere. However, some customers feel the kratom prices are a bit high and the quality is average, often choosing to buy online for better deals. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service, even accommodating last-minute purchases before closing. For glassware, the store offers quality pieces at affordable prices and is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers, as seen when they agreed to make a last-minute sale. Additionally, their selection of vapes is high quality and priced competitively, with staff members like Asa creating a cozy shopping environment. Overall, Luxury Glass & Novelties is a convenient and customer-focused shop with a good selection of products.
