There was a dog on almost every table getting groomed and they all seemed happy to be there (tails wagging)and they each looked like they was getting the best care. We have had 3 bad experiences getting our dogs nails trimmed and they was quick and sufficient knowing he was scared to death to get trimmed they just hugged and talked to him (even after he bit one of them) like he was there own. We will be regulars from now own for sure.

Took my dog, Charlie, right in, didn't have to fight him to get inside the door which was a great green flag! He had a horrible claw that was hurting his paw and needed updates on his shots. We were out in an hour even with him having to be sedated to deal with the claw.

One of our dogs has hemophilia and they were very careful with him, they made sure he didn’t get play time with other dogs being that he’s small and the condition he has, but from the photos, we saw that he still got outside play time which was great. Loved the report cards that they email you during the stay and both dogs always looked very happy in all of the photo attachments. Highly recommend and will be using them going forward!

Salmon & unagi maki were each good, very much what you'd expect when ordering either of those. Futo maki was good, but I didn't like that they put what appeared to be mayonnaise on it by default, which I did not expect. I understand it is probably just appealing to local tastes but I would have strongly preferred it without that. I also would have liked it better if there were some oshinko included, because pickled vegetables taste so good with the tamago and cucumber, but even as-is, minus the mayonnaise, it was solid. The iced tea was incredible. Amazing flavor, and I was so happy it did not have any sugar added. I honestly would stop by just for an iced tea to-go, it was that good.

The adoption process was thorough, but not overly lengthy. Our sweet girl was already spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested for FeLV/FIV. Additionally they had a carrier and food to send her home with. Our cat was a transfer and had only been there a couple days, but the staff knew her name without looking at the papers and shared some backstory on how she arrived in their care. I’m so thankful Kal to have found this location and our new addition!
