The Black Friday rate was 6% on a 6 month term, so I expected a slightly busier-than-usual lobby and didn't mind the short wait to ink the deal.While I was waiting, I witnessed all three Member Service Reps at the desk take care of additional clients with smiles fit for the holiday season. My experience with Sr MSR Cade to open the CD was excellent and quite worth the wait. He presented himself as friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive.Overall, it was a great first impression from a financial institution.”
