“The Extra Space Storage at NW 122nd & Rockwell had proven to be immensely accommodating and supportive of my recent moving and storage needs. The manager, Jeff, is very engaged and committed to help his customers get in the proper unit and payment arrangement that works for them. He has worked with me on three separate occasions (two within the last 3 months), and he helped me meet my budgeting needs, and supported me by offering alternative storage space solutions, as my needs continued to evolve with each moving scenario.
I have already proven I would use them again, should the need arise, and I would suggest that those with storage needs in the NW Oklahoma City corridor, look into utilizing this operation.”

MS Jamie honored what he said about saving my storage units, it’s kind of tough for home health aids (me) when we lose our clients, we lose a nice amount of our income, but both times Mrs Jamie has helped me save both of my storages from auction and I’m very grateful. also I’d like to say I was grateful for Mr. Kirk when he worked here my storage got broken into and he saw the whole thing on camera he had my back I’m so sorry for you all loss. he’s missed?”

“Had to, unfortunately, keep my items stored for 2 years before moving into my new house. I was so worried about how my items would be once unloading the mod since the items I had in a storage unit was dirty and smelled. The items in the mod were as they were 2 years prior. No dirt and most importantly no smell! I highly recommend getting a mod if needing to move or store items!”
“I love this facility, Tom and Beverly are the most kind hearted, very caring dear people, you can not find a place anywhere in Oklahoma, where the manager greets you with a friendly warn welcome, these. 2 brought their hearts to their place of work. Tom always ready and willing to teach me about new things , if I have a tool I'm unsure about, like what it is, whats it's purpose, how you use it, everything , Tom is a teacher/manager, (well to me anyway. This is a veteran owned and run business. Tom and Beverly have taken an enormous amount of pride and heart and apply to each and every individual the enters this facility. I would never think of leaving this storage facility. I have grown to love it, I look forward to visiting with both of them each and every time I go. I think she enjoys helping keep many animals fed, safe, and protected at the facility. There have many other managers at this facility, but Sue tops the list. She gets our five stars!”
