“I would highly recommend Extra Storage Space for your next projects, purchasing and moving materials and is reasonably price. They have all the moving items that you need when trying to find the correct items rather small or large without having to drive all over town. One stop shopping. Casey the store manager at Extra Space Storage is very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful, but extremely helpful when recommending the correct materials that you would need for your personal needs and securing your property. Extra Storage Space is very clean when you enter their facility and that is important to me and finding a parking space is no problem at all.”

“The Extra Space Storage at NW 122nd & Rockwell had proven to be immensely accommodating and supportive of my recent moving and storage needs. The manager, Jeff, is very engaged and committed to help his customers get in the proper unit and payment arrangement that works for them. He has worked with me on three separate occasions (two within the last 3 months), and he helped me meet my budgeting needs, and supported me by offering alternative storage space solutions, as my needs continued to evolve with each moving scenario. I have already proven I would use them again, should the need arise, and I would suggest that those with storage needs in the NW Oklahoma City corridor, look into utilizing this operation.”

“mrs Shirl is amazing very compassionate and helpful caring I was about to lose my storage. She connected me to Mrs Jamie, which I’ve talked to Mrs Jamie before like last year when I was about to lose my storage ?and that was the time Mr. Kirk passed away, ? MS Jamie honored what he said about saving my storage units, it’s kind of tough for home health aids (me) when we lose our clients, we lose a nice amount of our income, but both times Mrs Jamie has helped me save both of my storages from auction and I’m very grateful. also I’d like to say I was grateful for Mr. Kirk when he worked here my storage got broken into and he saw the whole thing on camera he had my back I’m so sorry for you all loss. he’s missed?”

“Just wanted to share what a wonderful person Brandon is. Just when I thought there was not much respect for older people anymore, Brandon went above and beyond! I needed some items out of my storage unit and asked for assistance. Brandon was willing to help and not only help, he arranged the storage unit so next time I needed something, it would be easier to reach and nothing would fall and hurt me. I am so thankful for him!!!! This has been the BEST Customer Service I have received in a long time! I will now only use this storage facility for my storage needs. I went here because of the price of the small units and so glad I found this place. Brandon ROCKS N ROLLS!!!!!”

“Everyone is so helpful and understanding of your needs. Don't think I've worked with better people. I do hate the exit box being so close to the gate. Think it should be back about 5 or 10 more feet.”

“Had to, unfortunately, keep my items stored for 2 years before moving into my new house. I was so worried about how my items would be once unloading the mod since the items I had in a storage unit was dirty and smelled. The items in the mod were as they were 2 years prior. No dirt and most importantly no smell! I highly recommend getting a mod if needing to move or store items!”

“I love this facility, Tom and Beverly are the most kind hearted, very caring dear people, you can not find a place anywhere in Oklahoma, where the manager greets you with a friendly warn welcome, these. 2 brought their hearts to their place of work. Tom always ready and willing to teach me about new things , if I have a tool I'm unsure about, like what it is, whats it's purpose, how you use it, everything , Tom is a teacher/manager, (well to me anyway. This is a veteran owned and run business. Tom and Beverly have taken an enormous amount of pride and heart and apply to each and every individual the enters this facility. I would never think of leaving this storage facility. I have grown to love it, I look forward to visiting with both of them each and every time I go. Thank you Tom and Beverly for your continued love for this place .”

“Sue is a wonderful manager. She's thoughtful, helpful, and cares for all the people she interacts with. She has everyone's interests in mind as she works with you. I'm sure there are times that she has to remind some people of the company rules, but she is a very patient person. I think she enjoys helping keep many animals fed, safe, and protected at the facility. There have many other managers at this facility, but Sue tops the list. She gets our five stars!”

“Would definitely recommend Primo! I researched a multitude of storage facilities in NW/central OKC before choosing Primo. Kindest customer service - Dylan was a pleasure to work with. I only needed to store about a small apartment’s worth of stuff for a while, but was surprised with the amount of different storage unit sizes they had to offer. Decent security cameras and great price too.”
